I loves this garage it is very clean and has a red capert everytime you enter,.. you feel like a celebrity, perfect and clean just that there are beggers people who ask for money and some stations are not working only few are pouring petrol so you wait,.. but i love it theres all the atms you need or we needed and debonairs pizza for when you hungry, the people working are lovely not bad at all , so its just some few things to fix

Traveling alone. All I wanted was a coke. I dont travel with cash. They refused to process a credit card payment for less than R20. Money is money people. Not only did I not buy for more but I will never be back. Not even for petrol. Ice packers.... Not one of them wearing a mask, handling ice!

Very neat and tidy. But must say the gentleman working last night from just before 10pm is the best person ever. He was so helpful and friendly, I did not get his name but thank you for your help and excellent service.

Stood for 15 minutes, nobody came to assist us

1 person servicing all the cars on Sunday night, time consuming and inefficient.

Early morning 0730am on the 16/Nov/2018 my sister was scammed of her bank card inside the garage atm facilities. The workers were all present and watching as about 4 guys who suddenly were behind on the queue overwhelmed her with questions and suggestions at the atm machine. After the incident when she wanted to review the footage, she was told that only the police could do that. No other help was offered. Her money was not stolen as they could not get the pin from her, but the staff continued nonchalantly and only helped when she shouted for the guys to leave her. It is my opinion that shell should have made attempts to make security visible at the atms as the reason people opt to withdraw cash there is the assurance of safety during the process. And that the pictures of the perpetrator be put on walls as a warning to other shell clients.
