Service is slow. And sometimes they ignore calls if you want to order and collect.

Fast friendly fresh chicken for a hungry stomach

On two occasions, got served cold hard meat on my hotwings meal 8. Seems they prepare way too much way in advance.I go there looking forward to quench my desire for chicken licken and ALWAYS come back heavily disappointed.No more.

Clean with fast service, enough staff to assist

My experience at chicken licken was not a pleasant one at all. The guy behind the counter was rushing me with my order and when my order came... the chicken was dry and cramped up. The wings didnt weven look like wings. I regret spending my money there. I will honestly not make the mistake of going back there

I was not happy with my order therefore I wrote to the head office. Their response via email was rude and I was given a random sorry for your order, as if it was written by a machine. I felt that I should respond but it was not worth my time. However I did receive another email from Vereeniging store in which I felt they acted accordingly towards my email.

Terrible service. Meat was burned and salty. Secondly they charged me an extra R2 for a meal displayed for R39.90. I dont know what the extra R2 was for and they are lucky I noticed this after leaving the franchise.

Chicken licken in vereeniging is nothing like the one in Vanderbjlpark. They sell stale meat 😢 the hot wings are mostly stale and meatless

Food was as expected. Staff were friendly and jovial.Restaurant was a fly-infested hovel. I had to think twice or thrice about washing my hands in the toilets, as there was no soap, and Im sure the taps were far more filthy than my hands could have ever been. The restaurant had just opened (08:00), but there were greasy fingerprints on the seats, and a full trash bag next to the main dustbin. My wife says there were used diapers in a bin in the womens toilets. Obviously the restaurant had not been cleaned before opening.Luckily I know that hot oil kills germs. Otherwise I would really be worried.
