The service and our waitress was great and she was super friendly and happy.The food on the other hand was less than average. I have always enjoyed m&b burgers but this time the so called BBQ basting was just super sweet with none of the signature smokiness and tanginess the sauce should have. Didnt enjoy this burger or the basting at all.

Amazing food. It was so delicious. And it is conveniently right by the one entrance. You dont even have to walk far.

This Mugg and Bean retailer is one of the best! Smaller than the average, but it is very homely and cozy. The staff are always very nice and offer superb service. The food is as fantastic as youd expect from this high caliber brand. I would highly recommend, especially in the cold winter!

Lovely and relaxed atmosphere.. Love their coffees, they have a small selection of vegan on their menu. Would be great if they offer more Vegan options.

Very disappointed, after receiving my order for a toasted cheese and tomato with a side of salad the waiter told us there is no feta cheese for the salad, so I asked if they could replace the feta with something els and the manager asked if we wanted Tabasco sauce ...seriously!!! They are very rude and the manager ignored my request!

Really nice place to just have a coffee and take a load off your feet for awhile, also really good food if you are feeling hungry or peckish...the sight seeing is also great if you are sitting outside in the mall...😄😄

Very good service. Maria is a friendly waiter and help to contribute towards a pleasant experience. Muffins are so big so two people can share. A serious cappuccino with cream is a delight. Remember to get a takeaway coffee for the road.

I was very disappointed in my experience with Mug and Bean. They have only 1 meal on the menu that I could eat, I am sugar, flower and lactose intolerant as well allergic to pork. So I was looking forward to a hot meal and was so hungry at the time, I had to eat a salad with beaf and it was cold. It was prepared nicely, but a big disappointment. I will not go there again. The service was good, the lady in charge was very good, its just the menu that restricted me to having a nice warm meal in winter.

I bought a blueberry and lemon cheesecake for take away yesterday and shared it with my daughter. We went to bed with horrible stomach pains, nausea and diarrhoea. Woke up feeling worse, I know it was definitely the cake cause my husband and brother didnt eat it and they are fine. Its sad cause until now I really liked mugg and bean especially this particular store

Refused to serve us the same bottomless cup of coffee that we have been ordering for 15 months.. because i ask for it in a take away cupI do yes... while i display vehicles i dont take your table.. and the agreement was always i order a bottomless and when my shift ends i might eat sometihing with family...Remember consistency Mugg & Bean... its what brings referrals or bad reviews..

I want to thank mugg n bean River Square manager so much. My cellphone fell as I stood up from the table without realise that it fell. I only realise when I got home that my phone is missing. I phoned my cellphone immediatly and the manager of Mugg n bean answered and said it was picked up under the table and it is with him I can come and collect it. Thank you so much for your honesty and trust it is highly appreciated!

Sadly, its not a Mugg and Bean anymore. Its now called The Daily. The menu is not as extensive as Mugg and Bean, but the quality is still the same.
