Our 1st visit to this beautiful nursery, filled with a wide variety of plants and decor items. Well priced. Friendly staff. Love the fact that there are animals too. Peacocks and chicken hens with their chicks walking around. Well kept grounds. The At My Table coffee shop is a bonus. Well worth the drive from Johannesburg.

Magic Garden Centre is the perfect break away from all the stresses and worries of city life. This little piece of paradise offers a huge selection of plants, implements, pots and garden accessories for the novice all the way to the expert and everyone in between... Their prices are affordable, but I would advise you to go there with some wiggle room in your budget, as you surely will be tempted. A bonus and Have to visit is the wonderful at my table restaurant inside the centre and they cater to those looking for a quick bite to those looking to stay a while and catch-up... A must-try is their Frulattas!!! The management and staff are super friendly and the amount of regulars shows just how excellent the restaurant is!!

This is a great nursery with so much variety too choose from. From small plants, shrubs and trees to pots and garden decor they have it all. The service is also always good, fast and friendly. There is plenty to keep the kids busy with the animal farm. And the little coffee shop is also a treat to grab a bite or a cup of coffee.

Best place to have lunch with your besties. Or to take your kids. Love chickens walking around.

We were well greeted by a well dressed young lady and shown to our table.We just had a coffee each due to the kitchen closing.Overall good service

Awesome nursery, always a wide variety.Unfortunately the four star is for the restaurant inside the nursery. Waited 10 minutes for a waiter to serve us, ordered drinks waited twenty minutes then left, still no drinks served.

Well stocked healthy plants. Ample parking. A lovely restaurant with excellent food. Pet shop well stocked. Little shops as well as spotless restroom.

Been a few times. Food is great and nice portions . Cedric our waiter excellent. Gave four stars as place opens at 8 but both times we have arrived just after 8 and coffee machine etc not yet started. Should be easy for someone to get in 15 min earlier so can start service at 8.

Went for Sunday lunch after church to the Centre. The food was well prepared and value for our money. Our waiter Eric has outdone himself and deserved the tip we gave him. Compliments to him and the kitchen staff.

Terrible customer service. I encountered bad attitude from the employees when seeking help. Their delivery men dont carry any form of identification with them which is ridiculous as its a necessary item to have on you at all times. The entire experience was ridiculous.

This nursery is a great venue for a family outing. Not only are the plants in a very good condition and reasonably priced, there is also a lot to do and see here. There is a childrens playground, animal farm, garden of healing, optometrist, curio shops, pottery and a great restaurant. I love coming here.

We love to enjoy brunch at the restaurant At My Table. The coffee milkshake and toasted chicken mayo is our favorite. After brunch we enjoy a walk through the nursery. Its a perfect spot for an afternoon out during the pandemic. You can eat outdoors with adequate social distancing.

Terrible place. I will never go there again. Visited the family in the area, and at the door we were told we could not go in due to the fact that we have our pocket pincher with us that sits in her bag. But the chickens walk around freely. Double standard. Very disappointed. I have heard that the sell cute doggie outfits. Unfortunately I will not be supporting this place not recommend to anyone.

The Christmas displays are beautiful! Lovely nursery under shade. Animal farm, beautiful gardens with lots of space to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

Now this is the place you should take your young children . Besides the chickens you can feed , catch and occasionally chase around the food is delicious , the drinks are nice and the staff is very friendly. They also have plants readily availible among other shops for you to buy from. Come early on in the mornings as this place seems to be bustling quite often.

Lovely animal farm for kids. The animal pens are large and clean, and the animals look well looked after. Nice activity for kids!

Probably the Habby & Lace of garden centres, all your garden needs met under one roof (or net). Insanely big variety of garden plants, equipment, accessories and related products. Plus a very nice coffee shop, animal feeding area, pet store, car wash and bar next door. Really something for the whole family.

Today I visited the nursery for the first time. I am highly impressed and can recommend it for any person. Even if you need to drive a 100kms.Staff is friendly, helpful and the prices of the plants are very affordable. Thank you for a great outing.

The trolleys are in a very bad shape the people is battling with the trolleys

For the past few times we went to Magic Gardens we noticed that the staff at the pay point were very unfriendly. They behaved like the cashiers at Checkers by not making eye contact with you while they are having huge conversations with each other.The second observation we made was that the young car guards never assisted the women with the big trolleys and loading the plants into the car. I know its not what they are there for but it is only good manners.Today we went there (we go often) and I am aware that no dogs are allowed but we take our yorky in a doggy pram where she is covered and cant get out we were met at the door by the same very unfriendly cashier that told us no dogs allowed. Also we were never approached by any one inside to offer help. Thats okay thats the rules but we turned around and went to Brandmuller. We had a awesome experience with good food VERY friendly and HELPFULL staff no dirty chicken or peacocks poo and we were told to go fetch our doggie as she is more than welcome. David was very humble and friendly he took our trolley from us and followed us to load our plants in the car. So I will rather support Brandmuller in the future.

Nothing like it used to be. No food for the animals no change no sweets for the kids. Waited an hour for a bill. Not sure if magic lawns will see me again anytime soon.

Went on a Sunday morning, had brunch and purchased veggie plants.Our server was lovely. Friendly and attentive. The venue is lovely, family friendly and clean. We both ordered a burger which was not very good. The cheese was very thick, as was the tomato and there was way too much lettuce on it. The meat didnt taste very fresh. The chips were delicious.The plants which I purchased (about 15 trays), look in lovely condition and priced reasonably. But when we looked for other items, we found choice was lacking. Very little variety of bird baths, chemicals and nutrients we needed and no supply of 3/4 hose connectors. So we only left with the plants and will go to our regular garden centre for the other items we need.

I like this place, they have huge stock of plants, trees, pots , I guess any thing related to gardening is available in this placePrices are competitive, they have a very nice yard with a nice restaurant/coffee shop, kids can have an ice cream and lots of fun.The only thing that sadness me a little bit is it seems a little neglected, they should update the maintenance, I have not been there for a while, but last time I got there I was really sad to see some of their unique attractions without any necessary maintenance, grass is overgrown, Lake was dirty, it was smelly, they should fix this issue.There was a horse ride for a few rands, very nice, my kids were looking great on top of the horse, I hope all is well and I will pay them a visit soon

One of my favourite places in the Vaal. The garden centre is truly a place of magic for kids during the special holidays (Christmas and Easter)Plants are also strong and grows well.Food isnt bad, but waiting time... Rather just be relax and not too hungry😉

Plants galore with a beautiful selections of garden tools pots. Little shops to compliment the centre with a nice venue and to outstanding restaurants. Kids got a nice playarea and there is also a small animal farm ... and then Healing Garden . Great to spend the day here and plan your garden

Today I had to buy Shrubs for my Coffee Shop Kariba Ranch and visited Magic Garden. I do not know anything about shrubs so I asked for help. This wonderful Lady came to help me. She was so informative and helpful. I went home with this feeling that the shrubs I bought is going to be absolutely just what I wanted. You have a wonderful lady helping the no knowledge people like me. Thank you.

The widest variety of plants, water features and general garden supplies in Vereeniging. There two are restaurants on the nursery grounds with a large playground which makes this a great family friendly place. There is a farmyard which is one of the nurseries main attractions with donkeys, swan, sheep, pigs etc. This is a place you take a few hours out your day to buys some plants, eat food and enjoy.
