Firstly,when I came to the store to buy the mobicel laptop, the cashier was rude and told me she had already locked the safe and I am inconveniencing them. Then she went on to tell me that the laptop is not really a laptop but its like a phone and it wont do much for me. I was gonna leave the store but my mom calmed me down. Then 3 weeks ago the laptop screen just died on me, and it was only 2-3months in. I took it to the store and the lady took my receipt and the laptop, told me to write my name and number on a piece of paper. She didnt give back a copy of the receipt all she said is that they need it for proof of purchase. She said it would take 6 weeks for my laptop to be back from repairs. Its been 3 weeks, I havent gotten a call from Pep or mobicel or whoever that repairs the devices. So how sure am I that I am gonna get it back? I mean I use my laptop for work purposes. My work is on a stand still I am losing money and I still dont know when I will get my laptop back. I am honestly unhappy with your services.If it were possible I would rate you minus 5. Your services are poor.
Purchased a Stylo Ubuntu cellphone(Model CZV54 but experienced problems within the first two days of buying it and it is a hurdle getting my issue fixed. Had to go back twice and still counting.
