Telkom were very professional a few years ago. This however is not the case anymore. I wish someone will start paying attention to the reviews. The service is pathetic. Systems off-line for days. Telkom is a service provider but their own telephone numbers dont work or get answered. Very eager to assist with new deals only. The Telkom shops are not capable to serve customers quickly

They said they have been off line since yesterday 😳😳😳 so I couldnt buy data🙄

Poor management and secretive. Telkom failed to cancel my contract immediately. They say they wan to debit my money for Two months in to cancel it😒😒😒😒😒😒

If someone could please answer a phone at any telkom in this country it would really be appreciated

Im experiencing the worst service ever from Telkom. They sent me a wrong product and every time Im going to the Three Rivers branch to tell them of their fault and that they cant bill me on a wrong product I never applied or asked for Im faced with incompetent and cold employees.

Most pathetic service ever. We wait for longer than an hour to be helped. They take 40min + with a customer. Thereafter they make you wait another 20min not doing much behind the computer screen. 20+ people waiting in the line. This is unacceptable and utter rubbish!

Have been calling their shop for 2 days now, keeps giving me a line busy, and when it does ring no answer, this is terrible. how do you want any customers if you cant even answer a phone call.and the number on google is not even correct, when going on Telkoms site you get the correct number,is this the standard that Telkom wants for their customers?

Terrible. The number does not work... I went in store and spoke to the lady at the counter. I asked her for the number (so I can call and check availability), she confirmed the same number but said dont bother calling - as they dont answer the phone. Gave me a story about how they cannot answer the phone if they are busy with a customer. I asked even if the store is empty/they are not busy (like they were when i entered the store); she said they still do not answer the phone at all. Very disappointing service from Telkom. Employing 3 persons, and not 1 can answer a call. No way I will drive to the store everyday to be told there is no stock - Tried twice so far, but will not bother any more you just lost a customer to Cell-C.

Their phone line is always busy and they can not do a simple porting of a number in store. Super annoying when call centre agents and in-store agents are giving different versions of what should be done. Train your agents properly TELKOM!

Their service is bad their adsl never works its the worst company ever

Queuesare always out the door. Staff is slow. When we complained, they refused to assist us with our internet modem and said its only a Telekom CELL PHONE shop, just for us to see that other customers were assisted with a similar query.

Its a Wi-Fi hotspot but the Wi-Fi is never on... at least not over the weekends!

Very rude lady working at telkom river square I cant remember he name. I went in there the other day the lady started to help me then left to help someone else. I walked out went to game and bought another modem. If you dont want my business I will take it else where.
