Phoned in advance and spend a few hours to get paperwork done for my upgrade. after I arrive the sales agent Yousef tells me that If I upgrade i will be paying double the first month as he did not look at the date.....??? wow great service guys . wasting my time for nothing. I will be moving my contract ASAP!!! no wonder theyre service rating is only a 3 star.
Ill give 2 stars for good service at this shop but 0 stars for Cell C. You sold a contract for 24 months to me where I have 180 minutes. It probably was stated in the contract but who reads those contracts. It is easy to cheat someone into a contract, but not so easy to keep your clients for more than 2 years. I have 180 minutes, but only found out now that you you cant call 086 numbers with them, and only 60 minutes is allowed for calls to Telkom, Vodacom and MTN numbers.
Mari gave me a proper service.She is a great addition to the team.And Faraz also went the extra mile to sort me out with an LTE-A Account.
This is the worst shop ever!! Staff is so unprofessional and rude I wont ever do business with Cell C again!!!
