Went in for a quote on 15.5. Firstly no sales person present so we took a walk around the gardens till she showed up. Quite abrupt in her manner when we asked questions and referred us to the website for further information.

Lady named Emma is very rude and have no people skills. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!Will not recomend Bidvest to anyone. Not even worth a star.

Friendly staff but severely short staffed. Only one lady who does everything and one general worker. So sometimes the office close during the day if they have to pick up cars
