Bad service didnt want to do a drop off the rental at my home.I had to organise a lift to the branch and swiping equipment didnt work to authenticate my bank card.Had to eventually go and draw cash what if i never had more than R1500 available in my account what then!!!!???

They have top class vehicles for all occasions to rant at affordable placesJust next to it theres a petrol garage and a shop with payable public toilet inside the store.

I normally stop there on my way home after work, I havent hired anything from them. However, it seems like theyve got good service.

This office of Avis specializes in the rental of smaller cars and vans.The staff is very efficient and correct although I would not call them friendly.It is advisable to book your vehicle well in advance if you are looking for a specific make or model.

From the the smallest Datsun go to Vw T6 mini busses you will find the here, 1 ton long wheelbase single cab bakkie to assist with your load

I was made to draft accident report for the damage that actually existed during the pre inspection of the car. After returning it on the same place i was told there is a damage. Apparently the cross made earlier they claim is not the damage spot. I really felt very awafull and disturbed. It was my first experience of hiring a car and i believe it was the last. Thank you but no thanks.

I have been trying to get Avis to phone me back about a one way drop off charge that they took off my account by mistake. I have phoned them 6 times, and no-one phones me back. I am really frustrated by the level of service.My original grievance is that they simply took the one way charge off my account, despite the fact that the quote I received from them states that no on-way drop off charge is applicable. They then go and charge me without my permission, and now it is my problem to try to get this resolved with people who never come back to me!Very frustrated and disappointedAndrew

I cant possibly give any more than 0 stars as I have rented a vehicle from 25 September to 16 October 2018. The deposit I paid should have been repaid within a week and 2 weeks later I am still waiting. Absolutely pathetic!!

Delivery of the vehicle to and by customer takes a little longer than other locations/ rental agencies.

You have to call before, constantly, and dont expect to get the car you want.

0 rating: we got a rental van from Avis on 18 -22 September 2018 (3 days).We paid deposit to be returned within a week, 3 weeks later no deposit refunded. I think this is pathetic from Avis Vereeniging
