Very good prices but poor service.

Not to bad, good and friendly staff, needs a bit more stock variety and not to far from home, I will for sure stop at this place if I do need something 👌

I was running late and I urgently needed to get roofing material from the hardware as their prices are always competitive. I caller and told them that I was running late and they actually kept the store open for me. Wow I feel valued. Thank you!

Great store!! Wide selection and great specials too... The minute I walked in, I noticed that everything was in place, I could manoeuvre around everything in the store. Every staff member I walked towards was eager to help, as for Mr Oria, I think his name is, by the paint section, his service was excellent , he showed me all the paints that suited my requirements including the pamphlet to take home to read. Another guy helped me by the tills to carry my purchases to the teller and to my car, pity I did not get his name. I think I was helped by four or five people in the store. Most of them came to me immediately they saw me walking towards their direction, and they also asked me when I was going to pay if I had everything I needed . WoW! I had the most pleasant experience at Sphinx hardwear store than I have had anywhere else in a very long time. Thank you guys!!!
