Good hardware but they need to improve on answering the telephone.Sometimes when calling,nobody answers.And they have also a WhatsApp number.The person operating it does not do their job.When I send a WhatsApp enquiring about prices,I do not get a response even though I can see that my message was read.Please ask the person to respond to our messages.Cos whats the use of giving the WhatsApp number to clients if it doesnt fullfil its purpose?

The teller or sales lady was very helpful though the seen to be no que control under covid19.Markings are being ignored by staff members who come and talk behind you or next to you whilst youre being assisted,quite annoying

The cheapest hardware in the vaal where customers will wait patiently for their turn in the queue whether covid or no covid. Shopping might get tiresome because of the precocious measures taken to ensure better service, nevertheless youd get the best service ever. Its a place to visit if you are not in a hurry.

When I was looking for roofing material recently I was referred to the Hardwares of De Deur,thats how I ended up at Builders Hyper.The service was very sloppy in that their quotation only give you totals instead of itemising every material.They hide the prices of the materials on the quotation and their Transport fees is really exorbitant,comparatively much higher that Pietria,Mica,Americana etc.Im not likely to go back to that shop in the near future,it was a big disappointment.

Huge variety. Decent prices, but like any other place, just shop around also to have a good idea of price expectations. They are a rand cheaper her and a rand more expensive there.. But on average, their prices are good. When its peak time, be prepared to spend a couple of minutes queuing.
