Very humble lady, treat you like a family member than a customer... The place is secure and neat, you get the reassurance that your car will be taken care of.The owner Shaun.. A very knowledgeable person and he explains every problem to the detail.. Always offering solutions. I have never received such a wonderful service even from well established dealerships.If you have problems with your BMW.... Dont take it anywhere else, take it to BM Tech and the only thing you will worry about is the speed tickets on the road because your car will feel brand new.To Shaun and the guys at BM Tech.. I have just called and booked in my 330d E90 for a repair and diagnosis. A male figure responded so kindly i am convinced my car will be in good hands. Taking it in this Thursday, i will feedback. Hopefully i will give a good response. Wish me luck

Bmtech will just charge you a lot of money just to make more faults to your car I will never recommend anyone to go there I asked my dad to take my 135i just after a week after being fixed we found out they broke the pool obviously on purpose so we can bring back the car when we took it back on the guarantee they claimed it has they told us the fault is out of the guarantee mind you we paid amount of 30 something thousands I still have the slip and everything!! I even took this matter to my lawyer that’s the only way you guys will stop this mugging.

Arrogant and obnoxious service. We booked our car in for diagnostics but couldnt make it because I was out of town on the day and unfortunately my husband forgot to call and cancel. The following week we went to book it in again and the owner was angry and wouldnt take it, which was understandable. Eventually he agreed to take it in to check what was draining the car battery when switched off and engine oil service. Two days later we picked up the car and it had more problems than it had going in. The battery problem was fixed but the engine service light was on and now it was overheating as well. When I took it back the owner Shaun was rude and arrogant accused us of having taken our car to a back yard mechanic even though our service book history says otherwise. Told us we should not have brought our car to his shop in the first place. He refused to even check what could be the problem even though they said the car was under a 12 months guarantee. I received better treatment from his employees who were offering solutions while he was practically telling me to f*** off. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy

Arrogant service when i took my vehicle over looking for a diagnosis. All i got was an opinion of what could be wrong with my vehicle plus a very high estimated cost of repair accompanied by a refusal for a diagnosis booking. Wouldnt recommend them for anyone no matter their reputation...how you treat your customers is just as important as how you repair their cars...
