Drove 45min just to get my windscreen wipers replaced and a battery for my remote and was told its to busy they cant help me I have to make a booking, honestly its just windscreen wipers not a service 10 to 15 min and its done...not the first time I had issues with this dealership but last time! Thanks BMW Vereeniging for the terrible customer service

I bought an X3 last year. Must say I never thought I would be this unhappy with BMW. Bought a car through BMW as they are always proud of their cars and customer service. Just to realise that I got lied to and scammed. A full service was promised and tyres. Of course not. R25 000 later after I had to do a full service (replace all filters as they never did). Really unhappy as I wanted to go with reliable and trustworthy but only got lies and headaches. Really disappointed.

Great customer service. Have all the latest Models. But Not sure whats the problem with this dealer. I have 3 friends that own BMWs, that got serviced here. All of them had some fault when they came back. One it was the door not Closing when you lock the car, the other one it was a pipe that connects a coolant to the emgine that didnt get connected back leading to a coolant leak.

Im happy about the service Farras provided. Hes very friendly and ensures that we happy with everything.This dealership must really check the people at maintenance though. You cannot do a service and have oil leaks immediately.

Its inconvenient. It took them 3 days turnaround time to order parts when I enquire they said money paid has to reflect on their account first before placing an order for parts. It took them 2 full weeks to repair my car

I enjoy the experience everytime I go. Even when the sales people are busy with other customers Im encouraged to view the vehicles and when they come theyre very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The dealer principle really knows how to make sure you have the car of your dreams and your budget. If you wish to buy on a busy day, I suggest you enjoy a coffee or watch some news, browse the floor or check out the gear while you wait. Its worth it.

Can I give ZERO stars please? Use with extreme caution.The worst panel beating job I have ever witnessed.And their employee drove into our car!We have our car back after 3 failed deliveries(3 months after accident), but the damage is still clearly noticeable. Loan car had front tire inflated at 4 BAR. Every single time we received a loan car there was hardly a whiff of fuel in the tank.Is this part of MOTUS corporation? Definitely not a share I will ever have in my portfolio!!

I have no idea how this is still a BMW franchise. Dont be fooled by the nice cars and appearance. The customer service you experience here is not befitting of a BMW dealership. I have now been here twice and spoke to the sales executives. They will sit you down and take your details and promise to get back to you even after youve been a loyal BMW customer. They dont get back and Ive concluded deals at other BMW franchises. Its as if they can afford to lose clients.

Unless you are always on their backs, you will never get a good job and surprising enough, excellence is one of their core values. Otherwise they forget to fill up engine oil after oil filtering, engine returns back with leaks after service, take forever to diagnose a problem and have to keep coming back until its fixed or worse it wont be fixed, one specific sales person cant keep his promises (basically hes a liar) and can keep you waiting forever, and lastly, the assistant service manager is unsympathetic and he cant even apologise about the poor service, the best he can do is to shift blame to the customer. The dealer is more focused on making sales than providing service and why would I go back there knowing their attitude towards service. The current management needs to shape up or give other people a chance, people who can provide a better service.

Worst customer service ever , had my car booked for recall work, upon receiving my car i was notified that the check engine light had come on, i requested that a diagnostic check be done and was told by the service advisor that its too late (15:00) and i need to book the car again before they can help me or try the mechanic across the road as they are cheaper with diagnostic fees. Good luck.So left the dealership with a christmas tree dash and will seek help elsewhere. Pathetic.

Still waiting for the FSH as advertised of the second hand car I bought a year ago from this dealer. Service booklet was nowhere to be found and the promise to arrange a new one never materialised. When I arrived the 101 point check page was blank and they wanted me to sign it. STAY AWAY.

I would really want inform BM owners not to take their vehicles for repairs at Sovereign Vereeniging. I had and still have a bad experience with this branch.I took my E90 in for repairs on the 19th of November, the quotation was R 20 000 + and after the repairs on the 30th November I drove 6km and the car indicated the same problem on the day I picked it up.On the 3rd of December I informed them that the car was in the same condition as on the day of the 19th of November when I took it in.They could only assist me on the 11th of December, and the car was standing since the 30th of November.On the 11th of December there was no current on the vehicle at all, and they had to come and tow the vehicle to their w/shop. I was charged R850.00 for the towing.I tried since the 11th of December to get my car fix, with no assistance from BM SA or the Ombudsman, because I again was quoted for R 15 000 for new repairs which they said was the problem.I did fight about this because i felt that the car was not fixed, they than suddenly decided to quote me on a new tow bar and some towbar connector or something. I had to give in and ask them to disconnect the towbar connector because I was battling with transport to work.The new quote came out to just over R 6000.00And today on 21 February 2019 I was informed that the car was fixed. I started the vehicle and one of the warning lights came on again.I drove about 200 meters and the vehicle was back to the same original problem,after they disconnect the current on the towbar connector .In other words I paid R 6000.00 to damage my car further. I left the car there again as I was not prepared to wait till whatever time for them to look for the problem.What difference will it make now to get the problem solved because the car is with them for 3 months and the car is still the same.PLEASE DONT IGNORE THIS POST BECAUSE I REALLY DO NOT WANT ANYONE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING AS I AM CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH.
