The NWU Vaal Is The Go To Place For People Who Want A Peace Of Mind.The environment is very attractive for lovers of nature and the campus literally has beautiful views for photos.Be it indoors or outdoors, the environment is conducive for studying. You can literally sit at any spot and focus on your academics. Just be careful of the ducks and monkeys on some days, the come visit 😁🥴

It has many animals and its a good university

Beautiful campus, filled with nice& caring people. Students and nature meet, you can hear lions roar at res sometimes. However, the place is so isolated, very hard to adapt for postgrad if you did your undergrad in the city center. Would suggest it for undergrad, easier to focus as there few distractions.

This so happens to be the place where I go to school, I lived on campus this year and honestly it was the best experience ever. The campus vibe is there, its amazing, there are people who are helpful and friendly to guide you through the campus especially if youre a first year student. I would also recommend this place to anyone who wishes to study for a degree.

I graduated in 2016 and I still miss the place. Some of my best memories where made here, from the nature and peace you find by going through your work next to the river. Free wifi and the student centre had the best and cheap meals. Met some of my best friends there. The library is a high quality centre and also the coffee shop/restaurant Book and Beans where ny favorite meal was the chicken tramazinniz, which was amazing and served by the most friendly and professional staff. I really mis my varsity years mostly because I was studying at this world class campus.

A campus with a lot of wild life as well as a river. Time to be a relaxing student

I ordered nine meals and one was missing after i checked with them twice asking if everything was in the bag. Got to work and a lamb roti was missing. Called and was told that all the food was packed and they are not giving me the missing roti. Terrible customer care, terrible quality checks....very sad

I called the admissions office to enquire this tsholo women that answered the phone call is the most rudest person Ive ever yet to come across, I mean if your working with people on a daily basis especially students you need to humble yourself .No listening skills at all , she was quick to answer me rudely without even clearly listening to my question. Im very disappointed, digusted at the most.
