Got more than I was actually looking for and paid less than I was willing to pay

Very disappointed. Bought a laptop there and bag. After paying, suddenly it was discovered that the laptop comes with its own bag. I am still waiting for a refund for the bag. Surely if u sell something u should know what u are selling!! Then I asked is the laptop an i3 or i5 , I was told it is a Ryzen 3 which they said was like an i3. Then a technician pops up and says no its a Ryzen 5 and goes on to say thats a i7. Googling Ryzen 5 shows it to be equivalent to an i5. Really I do not know how these people stay in business. I will say this though, the young lady that assisted telephonically was very good, the only bright side of my experience there. An older lady there was very rude in how she dealt with me.

Went to this place looking for ddr3 ecc server memory. The technician first wanted to give me standard ddr3 memory. But after i asked if its ecc memory he then went on to tell me he went on to tell me how good the memory is.I dont think he knows what hes doing and wont shop there again

Very satisfied with the service. They replaced my mother board once when it got damaged due to a power surge and I was very satisfied. Recently my hard drive decided it didnt want to work anymore and I brought my PC to them. They installed a SSD and reinstalled windown, service was quite fast and affordable

A good variety of computer-related components and accessories. Its not a large shop but youll probably find what you need here unless its a very specialized item. Prices arent too high, though I always check if Takealot has the parts available for cheaper. The young ladies at the cash register arent very friendly though, so dont expect Service with a Smile™ here...

Mostly friendly and helpfull staff.Not very knowledgeable though.You are likely gonna get ripped off, as their services are way more expensive than need be, and it seems they try to choose the most expensive option when doing repairs and maintenance. Not all staff are properly trained and informed.
