I had a portable hard drive which I was not sure of what was wrong as i was unable to access it form any device. within 2 days after collecting it from me, the wonderful technicians at Network Computer Wireless were able to pick up that the hardware inside the casing was damaged. they tried their utmost to retrieve the data, but were not able to succeed. Although the outcome is not exactly what I hoped for, I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and the response time. The cost was very reasonable, after considering what all was done. A great shout out to you guys.

Best service Ive ever received. I placed an order while they were closed for the festive season and still received responses to my emails during that holiday break. My product was shipped as soon as they re-opened and I received it the very next day, despite being in Cape Town.They are helpful, responsive and the product was in perfect condition.Definitely purchasing from them again!

I ordered a motherboard through an external site, but sadly there was an issue with the payment system, so my money was taken, but the order status was never updated. I thought my money was lost, but thanks to the responsiveness of NCW, we were able to solve the issue, the product arrived a day earlier than what was originally shown on the order website, and it works perfectly.

I have recently purchased a RTX 2080 super card on their website for R6500. I got a message from one of the responding workers that the there was a problem on their system and that the part number and description doesnt match! So in effect I bought a gtx 1660 from them. How can you guys be so carless advertising your expensive product incorrectly?! They show up on Google and BidorBuy for everyone to see! All you are doing is giving people false hope in this hot season for GPU products. Disappointing !
