I discovered these guys by accident when searching for a discontinued Lego model. They have a very easy-to-use online platform. The manager contacted me detailing everything in regard to delivery. Best part is that the product was delivered the next day in pristine condition. Customer service is great, well done! You wont go wrong buying anything from these guys!

Absolutely shocking service. Bought R2400 worth of lego and tried to return one item of R350. Was accused of damaging the box I had for 12 hours. Person told my wife he is not in the mood for her kak over the phone and put the phone down in her ear. Never ever go there.

My kids are a strong supporter of this establishment and have a vast collection of LEGO kits from here. However, the last visit was very disappointing as they where treated very rudely by the staff. My kids are small and exited when they come to the shop and undecided in selecting their toys so it’s a few kits taken off the shelves. The lady was rude to them in front of their grandparents who was rewarding them... it broke their heart. To have the owner stand over them and sternly berate them was not professional or appropriate behavior. If your shop is a museum then please change your signage. There are allot of other business that would welcome the business.

I have bought LEGO products from iTechPlus on a few occasions. Their prices are reasonable and they had stock of a rare LEGO Architecture set which I couldnt find anywhere else. The online shop is also easy to navigate and the free delivery (with orders above a certain value) is a cherry on top. The only downside is not being able to pay online with a credit card.The store itself is clean and well laid-out. Pieter is helpful and friendly. I wont hesitate to purchase from iTechPlus again in future.

This shop is truly a little gem. Knowledgeable and friendly, and the best place to buy Lego in the Vaal Triangle. I have also been able to get some home PC equipment and peripherals and their technical know-how is very good. The only down side is that I have yet to be able to walk out of there without buying something!

Bought a gaming mouse that started acting up after a few weeks. Sent it back and they said they will repair it.
