Had a puncture repaired on Saturday and thought I will have wheel balancing done at the same time. Wheel balancing is worse off and Sunday I still had a flat. Wondered why the guy did not check for leaks after the repair. They will never see me again.

Replaced two tyres and was quoted R3,600.00 fitted. When I saw the bill that was sent to the owner of our business for payment I noticed additional costs, balancing cost 78.94 and nitrogen to inflate the tyres 52.64 wheel valves 30.70 exc vat. Total of R183.00 for extras not quoted for at time off me deciding to buy or not to buy. All other tyre dealers include balancing and valves. Nitrogen is of no help to the customer who lives in a small town without nitrogen so what happens the first time you pump your tyres and add compressed air? Failing to disclose extra costs and just adding them to the invoice is against the law. Especially if the invoice is sent to a third party to pay.

Excellent service. Called them to ask if they willing to come collect my trailer to have tyres fitted. They arrived that day with their company bakkie, charged a reasonable call out fee (distance is 23km from us), and returned the trailer the next day after I did EFT. they even replaced the small jockey wheel, which is not officially a tiger wheel & tyre product (they outsourced it). So thanks!
