I was travelling from Cape Town through the Vaal triangle when my Ford Ecosports engine warning light came on. I googled the nearest Ford dealer and stopped at Park auto where their friendly service department checked the warning light for me and made sure that there were no engine problems being indicated and I could continue my trip without worries. Thank you Susan and everyone else that quickly assisted me while on the road!

The worst service centre. Avoid this place, they are crooks. Use other Ford Service Centres. I have been tolerating their bad service since 2015. No more. Last year they quoted me R12 000 to find the oil leak, not to fix it, to find it. I went to another Ford and was told thats ridiculous and there was no leak. Yet, I still gave them a second chance...This time they called me at 16H00 quoting me R13 600 to open the bonnet after having my car the whole day since 07H30. I opened the bonnet myself in less five minutes, using Youtube. FREE!! GOOD RIDDANCE. I will rather drive to Joburg if the Vereeniging Ford presents the same shameless thievery.

My relationship with Park Ford started when I purchased my vehicle from the dealership. The service experienced by Jan Labuschagne (the sales executive) was absolutely fantastic and very professional. His willingness to always go over and above made my purchase even more enjoyable as he managed everything from his side whilst paying careful attention to every detail. A special thank you and appreciation is also extended to Nicolene (F&I Manager) for her role in making the entire experience such a great one! When the time for my first engine service arrived, it was also booked effortlessly - the service by Amelda (the service representative) was remarkable - her demeanour during our contact remained friendly and very proficient. During the day of the service, I was regularly kept up to date on all developments, with Derick (the Master Technician) also very knowledgeably explaining every detail of my engine service and vehicle software upgrade to me upon my request. However, my service experience did not end there. After purchasing some more original Ford accessories from Park Ford’s parts division, the expert assistance from Bongani (pre-purchase), Danie (fitment), and Richard (post-purchase) was equally outstanding and added to the already impressive service standards of those I have dealt with at Park Ford. This is what creates that true Ford brand experience. In an incredibly competitive market, it is not only the brand that always sells itself – it is service like this that make brand experiences last - when you are treated with respect and competence by people who are equally passionate about their own product. I had numerous problems with services of our fleet vehicles at Ford in Vereeniging. We had to book a week in advance, and then still they sent our vehicles back, as they could not get hold of Stannic for authorisation. I phoned Park Ford, was transferred to Veronica, and she absolutely went out of her way to assist me. It was after 13h00 in the afternoon, but within 10 minutes she emailed to obtain our company and vehicle info. At 14h15 she emailed again to inform me that I can bring the vehicle for service the very next day, and the next vehicle the following day.Throughout, she was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She really went out of her way to assist and ensure that I receive the best service possible. The next day I received a message, reminding me of the service booked for the next vehicle.I am extremely impressed with the service and treatment I got, and will definitely recommend them to anybody. I will also make use of them in future.Thank you, Veronica! You are the personification of excellent client service!!

Ford Vereeniging was the worst experience of my life! Nobody could fix the faults on my 2014 Kuga or shall i say everybody including private dealerships, perhaps did not want to go the extra mile to search for the faults that the diagnostic report indicated. Everybody just simply said the diagnostic report says this and that. I decided to take a chance and took my Kuga to Park Ford in Vanderbijlpark. The vehicle stood there for a week. I got regular updates from Susan the workshop manager and the Technician Derrick searched until he found the fault. He replaced the part, reset the computer and i received my vehicle back repaired and in running condition as if new. Thank you for your great service, i will definitely recommend Park Ford.

Didnt think it was possible....got my car back lookind and sounding worse than it did before it went in. Perhaps I shouldnt complain....they finally got the brakes sorted out after numerous tries. Well done ....if at first you dont succeed try and try again....this should be their motto. I should have known better not to trust them with my car again. And ladies, from experience, rather send your husband to deal with any issue. I was treated with total disrespect. Many years of great services destroyed by condescending staff

Terrible Customer service. Staff not willing to help. This is not from a single visit. But 3 separate visits!Went there asking if they can check if my car has the Datadot done on it. They werent willing to even look on the system. They just said it was optional when the original owner bought the car.After having the Datadot done at another company, the lady told me she can see on the system the Datadot was done by Ford company. Actually Ford should have been able to reprint the certificate for me at no cost!

I took my car to this dealership for a minor service! My brother found that didnt change the the air filters here. This was the second service I had done with them. The filter was filthy they probably cheated me on my first service too!!! Upon reporting this to management, I was called a liar! These people dont care about their clients, they probably rip-off all their customers.

Absolutely revolting service, I had to basically force them to help the African lady who had arrived before me to drop-off her car for a service. Racism in any form is absolutely unacceptable. At the end of the day I was given an invoice far exceeding the value I was quoted that morning, their staff are racist liars!!!

Made a call to this branch on the 05.09.2017 at 14:53 pm querying about service intervals. A lady , with a very bad attitude called by the name of NICKY GERDA literally raised her voice on me when I asked about service intervals. Exactly 6 months ago, I raised an issue of customer care with the branch but clearly, nothing much has changed. Park Ford Vanderbjlpark, please take your customers very seriously and dont be bias about it. BE FAIR AND TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT. Remember, this goes a long way.

You cant trust these people. When I bought a secondhand bakkie from them they told me that I have a 6 month warranty on the bakkie I bought. I asked for documentation on this and they told me how long they have been around saying I can trust them. A month later black smoke is coming from the exhaust and they tell me that its my problem and they arent responsible after it leaves the showroom floor. They are crooks!!!

I bought a Ford certified used car from them. They told me the purchase comes with a 6 month warranty but refused to repair the vehicle when the engine seized the day after I bought it!!! Ive had so much trouble with the car since, they sell junk!!

Thanks, NO not again. The service, what service ?? Will definitely not bring my vehicle to Park Ford again. We had to call you for answers on our vehicle. There is NO communication from Service Advicer. Ford called head office and they helped us. Port Elizabeth North End - Anusca and Helen are definitely the BEST, there they know of service!
