Made a telephonic order and arrived to find my order was prepared wrong even though it clearly stated the flavors which I requested. I asked for BBQ chicken and chicken mayo only to be given two chicken mayo. I asked for a refund due to being late to collect my kid from school and was refused a refund and told to wait.

Good service, food ready in good time. Price not bad. Was tasty and cheesy, but very little chicken or mushroom...also didnt like the sauce used for the mince jalapeño pizza.

The service here is messed up. They are disrespectful and made me queue while PREGNANT. They allowed a lady who works at Mr Price to skip the queue while I queued. When I asked them why they let me queue but allowed the lady from Mr Price to skip the line, they told me that its because she works there. Their service is slow, they are more concerned about their friends than giving good service and being considerate to people. The other lady by the name of Alice told me that I am not pregnant and Im just pretending to be pregnant. They think they own this place. They are disrespectful.

Made a telephonic order and was advised order will be ready in 20-25min; it was eventually ready after 45min with an ingredient missing on one of the pizzas.While the lady taking the order was friendly, there was misunderstanding in the order (and website is not the best either).COVID protocols are not strictly enforced; customers stand in close proximity when receiving their orders and staff do not advise customers accordingly.Place is not so clean and there was not sufficient seating available at 6:30pm when store closes at 8pm (according to Google).Only good thing that came out of the experience was that the lady went through the order... but I identified the missing ingredient on the pizza.The store does not carry its pride like it did some years ago and is miles apart in terms of standard compared to other Romans franchises.

Tasty pizza but it can get very busy at month ends.

Was once impressed by this place up until last 3 months things can be noticed going down hill fast. Started with 2 occasions of orders being completely messed up , this happened on 2 consecutive Fridays. And instead of apologizing they took it back and said nothing. After 10 minutes I asked what was going on and was told to wait just like everyone else. Today the 16th of November 2018 phone lines where continuously avoided while actually you will be getting billed while the line keeps ringing. Not fair or lack of professional training.

Hi, I love romans and prior to my experience tonight have always had excellent service but tonight was an utter disaster area! I phoned in my order (thank goodness i did sjoe) while trying to make my full order the lady thought that i only wanted 2 pizzas and almost cut the call before i could order my 3rd pizza, finally got my order in, arrived at romans to pay for my order and it was literally chaos at the till point, nevertheless i stood and waited to make payment, after making payment i asked if the order was done which i was told yes, i then moved over to the collections side, ladies and gentleman i think trying to buy shares on JSE would be safer than the cattle call at your collections department, while being pushed and shoved still waiting to be assisted but heres the rump of it there was NO ONE stationed at your collections and the people were becoming more! Fantastic finally someone jumped in and finally started assisting! I got my pizza and left only to discover that the thick base i ordered was a thin base and my pizza wasnt cut!!! So thanks romans i really appreciated the fantastic service i received tonight NOT!!!!!!!Today is 7th January 2021!Thanks again for AWFUL SERVICE Romans appreciate it! NOT!How difficult would it be for your staff that takes an order over a phone to tell your clients to please ensure they bring cash as your swipe machine isnt working!!???Had they informed I wouldnt now have had to draw from another bank which is not my bank charging me exhorbatant fees!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and then when a person complains about it to them they laugh about! SERIOUSLY!!???
