Very bad service, I queried my order after 50 minutes, they said is on the way, asked again... An hour and half they realize that they lost my order ticket thats then my order was prepared after 2 hours of waiting.It looks like sit ins are preference her as takeaways take long and orders are not sequential...

Cleanliness is my only concern if you want to dine in. I mostly call then they deliver.

Im not happy with the service i received on Friday.... They served me burned n uncleaned chicken that was black in clour 🤮🤮or was it because it was takeaway they knew i will open at home nxaii 😡😠😡😡😡😡😡 Im not happy at all

Its as Galitos as Galitos can get. Theres definitely room for improvement in terms of hygiene, but overall, its OK, but some of the till staff can do with an attitude adjustment and a little smile. The poor lady was probably having a bad day, unfortunately it happened to be my first time at the establishment, therefore, she kinda spoilt my experience. Hope theyll improve.

Good food and service

After waiting almost 2 hours for my order, I was served with the cold food, and the order was wrong, the meat was dry, tried to speak with the manager, I was told they will warm the food with the microwave, the cashier was very rude 😭😡😡😡😡😡

The service was so bad though there were not many customers and the cashiers were rude and gave us an attitude. The food was also so bad, garlitoss name is being downgraded by the bad food make nowadays and i dont think i will go to eat there again.

Very slow to serve orders

I’ve had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. A waitress sold me alcohol, & another waitress came up to me while I was having my drink, shouted at me during the people & humiliated me & said I was not of legal age to drink, asked for my ID & my ID showed that I am 20 years old, she didn’t apologize & still continued to shout at me & claimed that I stole my ID . How is a 20 year old not allowed to drink alcohol in South Africa?

Absolutely pathetic. Not even the manager could get the adress right, even when spelled out... Not once, but twice...we waited 2hrs for delivery, 1st time. Food was cold, and only half of our order was delivered.

Telephone order, the guy who took my order was very knowledgeable about the menu

Service.. Way too slow.. I rhink they need to hire more staff or atleast delegate properly.. theres usually only one cashier, and a very long queue.. and I think the kitchen is also under staffed..
