TV not working, air conditioner and wifi as well

They overcharge for what you get and treat you like a child. Unless your company pays the bills for your unhappiness, dont bother with this place which wont look at you the same if you arent it of there when we the contractors leave in the morning around 7am. The owner Lood van der Zee, also opened our post office and site our property.

The host Sunday always makes us feel like we at home so welcome and always so helpful. Great cook too. He is the reason we return such an asset to this team.

Central, affordable, clean lodging. The pricing is very competitive for the service they provide. Would definitely recommend the place if youre looking for comfortable and affordable lodging. It helps that the staff is also quite friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back here if I visit Tzaneen again.

The rooms were smelling when we arrived,sheets were also dirty,there is no security at all. They robbed us while sleeping,took our laptops,phones and money.i had to wait an hour for dinner.TVs do not have remotes.i wont recommend this to anyone.

The rooms are not remarkable but to be fair they are functional. Also we had 2 cockroaches to deal with.I just feel a sense of it being outdated ; and lots of room to improve the basics. Neednt be expensive upgrades

Had to wait for over an hour for my dinner without an apology or anyone checking up on me. The waiter not really well trained and cannot communicate. Poor service. Whilst checking in, reception gave the incorrect remote without batteries for the TV, when I phoned reception when I realised this, promised to bring correct one. I am still waiting

What a terrible couple of days, the mattresses where so filthy and a smell coming from them.I would definitely stay elsewhere the next time.

Itd be four if the receptionist didnt take us for fools and give ciroc sachets and claim its milk because of our skin colour then get all annoyed and pass remarks when we brought that to her attention
