The front of the shop smells like urine not a smell you want when getting food

0 stars. Manager was just standing around. Cashier very unfriendly. Short staffed. No clear indication of where the population who ordered online should pay. No system. Just a jam packed steers during a pandemic. Unimpressive and unacceptable.

I love steers Tzaneen their staff is friendly, food is awesome and the service is always top tier, but this one time Im only disappointed when I ordered an original ribster burger and an original steers burger. However both burgers were not to my satisfaction the steera burger patty was not well done I could literally tastes the unripe meat as an after taste and the ribster burger as well was not well done behind the sauce I could still taste the pig. Totally unsatisfied.

Ordered online. They didnt deliver my order that I ordered online nor pick up the phone. Had to drive down there. They made us wait in the queue and didnt care at all. They didnt apologise for their mistake and were reluctant to give back the delivery fee I paid. Shocking service. Do not recommend. Unless youre willing to pay for food and not get it.

Can be really crowded at times, small area so dont expect to bring a whole bus of athletes there and leave within 30minutes

Fast service, friendly staff and great food. Its located at the fuel station at Sasol on the R71 Tzaneen to Phalaborwa route. Very convenient for a grab and go. It becomes very busy on Wednesday because of their wacky special. You can call to order but they dont deliver.

The place is so strategic cause it is within a busy gas station. It is placed in a place where it is easy to locate from Polokwane and when leaving Tzaneen.It offers free WiFi while waiting for your order.Another thing that is good about it,theres always specials
