Not good. The place isnt very clean, there was a really dirty carpet on the floor. The shower didnt have hot water, only there in the bath. It has a student hostel feel. There were cockroaches in the dining hall. Not worth the price.

I got to my room last night and switched on my air con and the air con was leaking water. They moved me to another room and I wanted to have a bath. The bathrooms tap was broken. They moved me then to another room only to find out this morning when I wanted to bath the bath was leaking water and there was no hot water. They told me to go to another room to go and have a bath. That room also didnt have hot water. So I left the hotel without bathing. Will never stay there again and also there are cockroaches and ants everywhere you look. Not worth the price.

We had guys staying here NO HOT WATER...for the duration of the stay. No general manager on duty when I phoned, no person in charge ... Really and you put on your website 3 star..by whos standard...but I do get told we have hot water in the baths... you guys shouldnt be in business

It is clean and not bad as it looks from the outside. Inside its a normal 3 star with some rooms with old finishes. but the corridors are stuffy.

The worst experience! Let’s not even discuss the design and decor.Construction nightmare. Stairs aren’t even, or uniform. Door frames and doors are dirty, paint job isn’t neat. Tiles creak beneath you as if they’re not cemented properly.Worn out gaps between tiles are not filled, allowing insects through. Shower is uncovered.Toilet didn’t have a toilet seat. It also didn’t flush. Had to use the dustbin to collect water from the bath so that I can fill the cistern in order to flush it.Only one light works in the rooms. The rooms have 4 side lamps, which don’t have bulbs, so you’re compelled to use the overhead room light.

I made a booking A month prior to the date of check in, two weeks later I do a follow up just to check if everything is in order and they do not even know who I am. Then after a lot of debating they tell me I am booked and all is in order. A day before check in I phone to check if everything is fine for the next day and they tell me that everything is in order. Day of check in... They have no idea who I am and now they want R650 a night excluding any meals... Where they quoted me R550 previously. Then phoning the owner and him telling me that there is no way that this could have happened... He get one of the useless bookings/receptionists to phone me where I tell her that we have found different accommodation... And she just says oh you have made other arrangements, shape neh and hangs up. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!
