The receptionist on duty at arnd 18:00 on 07/09/2021 was like he has been forced to come to work. I think he needs a bit of Customer Care workshop/refresher.

Home away from home just needs some adjustments there and there

I Enjoyed my stay at Graceland, the kitchen personnel and cleaners were great,keep well and stay blessed.

A very decent place for a weekend away

The staff is very friendly and helpful.Our shower however had no glass, we left the place a mess, after taking mg a shower the whole bathroom was full of water.. Very devastating.A real proper maintenance is recommended in bathrooms,Besides this, our stay was beautiful.

Food is delicious however top rooms require maintenance and painting. The new block roons are nice. Top and new block rooms have bar fridge

Nice place for you and your family and friends.

Nice Lodge, breakfast is good. Coffee could get a bit of a boost. The beds are very comfy, but the pillows are a bit old/pillow cases. The shower door opens weird/wrong way. Floor was dirty next to the shower. Building construction is debatably sounds. I had some flowers outside my place (#4). The flowers was a nice touch. Would stay here again. Overall a good experience.

Its okey .Enjoyed my stay thereJust wish the television had more channels or a Netflix.Also the wifi says unlimited yet it runs out and is quite slow they need to fix that minor problem and be more honest .

Had a gala dinner here as the Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter mid year. A glorious night it was, great venue, mouthwatering food 😋 and good music. 😊 I wouldnt mind going back there.

I visit Thohoyandhou from time to time and have always struggled to find a decent accommodation that doesnt break the bank. This lodge is simply what I need. It is clean, with clean linens and clean bathroom and toilets (I am very particular about cleanliness). I will definitely stay here anytime.

Good,very good.I liked the bathrooms shower...it was excellent.You would enjoy the voluminous fresh everhot bath water.However,kindly install phone charging twin plug sockets at the bedsides instead of alongside the fridge.

Whats used to be a great guest house, now its not for the follow reasonsThe cleaning staff makes a lot of noise, and its not that peaceful anymore.The bathrooms are not not being properly maintainedTherr are not outdoor amenities like pools and jaccuzi, bar, balcony.Parking is an issue.The generator is not sound proof and makes a lot of noise.

The service of this place is at peak. Keep it up... i never thought i would get the stuff i left in the room when i checked out and i got my stuff with the money exactly where i left them.

Graceland is the place to go to this festive season. Good people working for the hotel, always helpful.

Muofhe Graceland is a well maintained guesthouse that is situated by the road between Thohoyandou and Sibasa..It is very close to town..

I have been visiting the Venda area for the past three years and believe you me I have seen and tasted disappointment, but Graceland Lodge at Thohoyandou proved to be a hidden Gem I wish I had known from day one. I was impressed not only by the high standards that are kept, but the emphasis to cleanness of the establishment, considering that the place is white and always kept like new every time I visit. It was the easiness of the staff and management for any of my queries, no matter how corny they might have sounded. The quietness and tranquillity and the exclusiveness that is presented that kept me smiling until check out. I would definitely recommend the lodge to anyone visiting the Venda area.
