Its a clean place.. Nice and simple in house setup.... Inside and outside cleanliness .. Very close to my real destination.. The staff members are very friendly and hands on with their work... I dd not eat their meals coz I was covered already so I cannot comment on their food... But out of 10 I gv them 9...😁👍

Best reception: outspoken receptionist.Bedding fit for princes and Princesses. Large room. Hey !! Rooms have Ironing boards,safe and vintage bath sets. Soooo comfortable you dont want to wake up.

The place is clean, fresh and smell like a dream. The food is amazing. We were treated very well.

Loved it. The friendliness of the staff was remarkable. The room smelled fresh & was cleaned very well each day. I felt very safe, considering I was a female traveling alone. I will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful time at Masili. The level of service is superb. Amazing breakfast. Flexible, friendly, and easygoing. The location is right where you want to be: close walk to shops, yet quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood. Had a great stay and will be back again.

The place is very neat and beautifulThe staff is friendly and welcomingWe checked in at 9pm and they welcomed us with warm handsThe only downfall is the cleaning staff , they make lots of noise while cleaning they busy chatting about what happened days before. Please ask them to stop chatting next to rooms thats what actually woken me up their loud noises

The outside looked amazing but the inside was a shock. It smells very bad and the beds felt old. I dont think they take cleaning seriously. I still cant get over the bad odour

Loved the hospitality, they provide a dental kit for those of us who forget. Clean and fresh towels daily. They need to check the television satellite.

Masili Guest House is great place to be it is so calm with peace of mind... You can peacefully clear your mind. The services are best all in time

What an awesome spot. Their rooms are neat and clean, their service is superb too. They should just improve on their showers, the water pressure is low. When you balance hot with cold, its either the water comes out too cold or too hot.

Quite a homey place. AC and TV should you need it and a pool in the property. Was only there for a night but the service was quite good. Only wish they had breakfast.

Great service, all employees are very professional. I have enjoyed every bit spent here. Wifi speed not bad. They totally deserve the Tourism grading council 3stars, they should be contenders for the 4th star. Keep it up!

My man came all the way from northwest and I booked masili for him..till this day,he dont wanna sleep at any other place if it is not this one..and the receptionist(palesa) was so nice to him...

In general Lovely experience except for shower water which do not mix, you either on cold or hot, that made taking a shower to be unpleasant.
