Active Systems are one of the proper pc shops. They are always willing to help and try fix something, even if its not neccesarily a pc component.Ive been a customer for years and will definitely keep coming back.

They genuinely do the most to satisfy their customers. I left my laptop with them and I forgot to pick it up during their regular business hours.I had a flight that I needed to catch on the same day and they went out of their way to ensure that I got my laptop before I left. The43 aren’t many businesses that would do this much to help their customers.

My Laptop (Mac) did not want to start so I thought it was the power connectors that is faulty as it happened once before, same symptoms. Took it in on Monday 6 May at 8:30am and thought it would be looked at the same day. Luckily I went back later to check on progress and was then told it would only be looked at the next day. Communication? I then explained that I am leaving for JNB early Tuesday and needed the laptop. At 3pm I received a text to say connectors are fine and motherboard faulty and not economical to repair Cost R137.50 for checking. So I picked it up and took it to a repair centre in Johannesburg who opened it up immediately and repaired it - charge R550. It was the connector!! Did Active even look at my laptop or simply put the sticker on and charge me R137.50? Too busy? So be careful when using Active Systems. Btw I asked to speak to Riaan directly but was refused by reception?

Unnecessarily over-priced products. Bought one product for R600 there and when I checked Takealot it was R220. Very poor after-sales service. Took 4 days to get assistance from the owner and upon arrival the owner was blatantly rude.

Extremely poor service and client relationship. Weve been waiting for more than two months for a computer to be repaired. Initially it was said it would take 3 - 5 days. Then we heard that the mother board had to be replaced. Its impossible to call the owner - his staff refuses to give me his number. We only hear every week that they are still waiting for a new mother board to come from overseas. If I knew it, it would take so long to buy a new computer!
