I came to them because my PC wasnt turning on. They told me that after half an hour they couldnt find a solution and that they could continue to troubleshoot but they would charge me for another half an hour. Only after did I find out they charged R800 per hour. I took my PC back and after a few Google searches I fixed the problem myself.
I’ve never met a company like this! I was here on business and my laptop charger wasn’t working. Found this company on the web and gave them a call. They found a charger I could use at their premises and let me work from their offices until I was sorted and ordered me a new one, which they have said they will deliver! Well done guys, your customer service goes above and beyond!
