Extremely unsatisfactory service. Promised rainbows and sunshine upon arrival. Any payment made for repairs purchases nothing more than more problems with your device, slow and unprofessional service and a guaranteed return due to faulty repairs. Do yourself a favour and go repair you devices with the manufacturer, Samsung and Apple prices differ slightly from mobiFix without the guaranteed disappointment and sloppy service. Once they have your money you can get comfortable and wait way top long and prepare yourself for an unsatisfactory service at a premium price.Unprofessional and useless front of house is also just the cherry on top.

MobiFix Stellenbosch prices are absolutely ridiculous, Their prices are R1500 more expensive than the one in Tygervalley. Even Apple store in Somerset West is cheeper. Would not recommend this store, you will just be wasting your money.

I have been messed around/let down three times now by MobiFix. Their communication is terrible, the staff have been very rude to me multiple times and i am yet to be satisfied by their products/services. Wont be going there again.

Phoned them on Friday to ask for a quote to fix a Samsung phone screen and was told I must rather try Game in Eikenstad Mall. What??????. I though you guys work on All cell phone brands as per your website

Called and asked for a quote to replace my S10 screen, was quoted R7,000! Thats 70% of what I paid for the phone. Dont know how they expect to do business at that cost unless theyre relying on the Stellenbosch millionaires

They have no quality control ... i had sent my phone in for screen repairs and aux and charging problems ... they tell me it was fixed and when i received the phone i couldnt charge or use the aux and they said it might be a problem ... the screen cover that was put on was put on poorly and when confronted about it was told to buy a new one after they put it on completely skew ... It causes a bigger hassle to bring it in and have to change phones the whole time the service is poor and staff is rude.After discussion the problem was resolved thank you for the feedback.

To be honest I haven’t had one device come back “fixed” without problems. I had to wait 4 months for stock only to be still waiting because the screen came damaged. I have iPads with microphones and cameras break at mobifix Stellenbosch. Also they seem to have no efficient way of actually restocking in parts. No response via email. Very disappointed

Im a fair thinking student and professional is the last word I would use. I paid for a consultation fee of R179, already knowing that the ONLY thing wrong with the phone was the sub port had water damage. THEY then cracked my back glass cover sayingit will crumble when we put pressure on it and remove it they then qouted me R599 for the back glass cover that THEY broke while removing in the consultation ...it is times like these that can make or brake a company, charging someone for something that the company did wrongly and unprofessionally is just plain unnecessary.I then took my phone that they broke to another company and they fixed it for less than half of the price. My fellow friends this is just trully poor businessman ship.

My iPhone was disabled when I went to the shop to fix it they said they will have to remove all the data from it , I said its fine , but I asked if the apple ID and password will be needed to activate it because I had forgotten it , the lady said No . But when the phone came back it said I need to give my apple ID and password for it to be activated . From what I know thats bad customer service , now my hard-earned money is wasted .Im not happy

Got my screen replaced and it didnt work properly - really bad customer service, very slow and dont seem to care about how many times you have to return to get something done
