However angry this company makes me feel it all comes down to one thing. They expect skeleton support staff to maintain their business while they all take the weekend off. This company does not have weekend hours, not unless you want to speak to someone in support. They are run off their feet trying to make excuses for systems that drop service requests - it has happened to me twice and once at a terrible price. When I complained about the sales person not helping me after I asked him for help on a text I was told that her sales staff dont work on weekends. Yeah, they have no clue what it takes to run a company when you actually work on weekends yourself. My complaint ended in a spectacular let us know what we can do, but dont forget that our staff dont do weekends.

Moto might as well be you open ticket for support we dont respond. Internet always goes down for some reason.

Been offline since Thursday last week phone call after phone call with no light at the end of the tunnel... I eventually phoned superstar Kobus which helped us in 5 min and we back online... Kobus you are a real asset to Adept... wow thank you so much you are a rockstar

Excellent service and excellent fibre speeds!

Adept allows phishing attempts and scams to run from their mail servers.This is not the first time and my second complaint regarding this. All our company e-mails are targeted only from the adept server from various e-mail addresses with @adept.co.za

Calls are answered but very little action. Have had problems with connection fir over a month.

We are absolutely appalled by the service of your company, The technicians are not helpful always blaming Octotel.They dont return calls and are highly unprofessional.We have been left without internet from 10am on the 20/08/2020 and it is still off.....Numerous calls to Octotel and all we hear is that they have escalated .What you fail to understand is that you provide essential services to business , and that you inability to sort out the problem cost companies money.....All our telephone lines are down , our security is compromised and the inconvenience of not being able to get our work done.I would not recommend this company or its affiliated counterpart Octotel.

Experience so far has been tops. Waldo has successfully assisted us with multiple issues and even recovered a clients site that had been hacked and deleted.10/10 would recommend.

Adepts fibre deals are great. Even better is the service from Adept. I enquired online with Adept about fibre installation at my new place, within the same day I was contacted by Kobus, who clearly and properly explained every step of the process. My fibre was installed and live, within a week from my enquiry and chat with Kobus. Kobus and the staff at Adept provided constant support and assistance throughout the process. Do yourself a favour, get Adept to install your fibre!

After hours support is useless dont even bother its actually a joke

Seems to have no after hours support service. This is the very same reason I left my previous service provider.
