Pathetic service. The lady who was supposed to assist was misinformed about the process and instead of checking her facts she arrogantly said she has been working for 10 years and when she called someone who apparently corrected her instead of apologizing she tried to cover up by saying we will make an exception for u. The worst thing was having to discuss my business whilst standing at the door for every Jack and Jill to hear instead of being given a seat whilst she verified her facts. But what took the cake was that Jolene suggested that l should rather go to ABSA or FNB and l wonder what kind of employee refers potential business to other banks.....
