Was always a lover of their food, but I think this is because of the other branches that I had previously been exposed to.I went and ordered some of the fat cakes, one with mince and the other with chicken. We could have honestly had better meals if we made them ourselves. The lady at the counter couldnt seem to be bothered with the fact that she gave us food that was soggy and was runny.I wont be seen a mile from this store!!!

Yesterday afternoon (26/3/2019) around 16h30 I arrived at Fat Cake City Strubenvale Springs to order food for dinner.Do you have any idea how terrible it looks when your African staff have just had lunch at the wooden tables and are sloffing around these tables and sleeping.It does not give a good image to customers at all. My personal feeling is why take lunch this time of the day and surely they can sit somewhere else where the public does not see them like this. You have a young european lady working there by the till is she not maybe in charge. This was not a good experience at all. Worst of all when I entered the shop they still layed around for about 10 minutes.
