Nice place for Protea locals.Was convenient when I was in that area.

Well managed and clean. When youre feeling hungry there are takeaway restaurants to buy food. Clothing store you can also.

If you plan on doing grocery shopping then dont go to this mall because you will be harassed by taxi association if you prefer using uber. I was forced to get out of uber car with my 3 kids and grocery. Management knows this and is doing nothing.I would rather travel all the way to Clearwater mall and enjoy my shopping and request uber back home than to me disrespected like Im a child.

Great place to shop. Lots of stores with a wide variety of the big supermarkets. The mall is always busy, never a quiet day here. The ATM’s and shops always have looooong lines🙈though so come prepaid.

Protea Glen Mall is clean, nice and orderly. There are lots of convenience facilities including ATMs. Parking space is always available and I havent heard of any vehicle theft so far. The place gives you an awesome shopping experience

Shoprite and pick n pay cashiers refused me 2 make a cashback 4 only R1000. Tht I needed 2 pay rent I went bck 2 those shops after an hour bt 😏😭💔 no luck now im going 2 maponya.

I love going the later during the day because its never full and all the shops you need are there. I do my grocery shopping around 5pm and by 6pm am done.

What is missing is food court. When we visit the mall as a of friends or family, we have different wants. Some wants to eat Nandos others want to Chicken liken and others might want eat Steers. So without a food court others will forced or compromise or no eat at all. When there is a food court, we are able to buy our food at different restaurants and eat at one place

Its forever full. And the cashiers there, dont really care much about the customers(excluding Pick n Pay). Id suggest going there if you have no choice. Its just too packed for my liking

It has a limited number of fast food restaurants but have the capability to add on.It is a tat bit spacious but easily becomes congested from 25th till month end.They offer a variety of clothing and home wear and furniture stores.They have an optometrist, and clicks which has an in house nurse. That suffices for the period were in.It gets a bit chaotic at the butchery right next to the entrance, so be early if you want meat. Otherwise they meet the need.

Not so clean. Fire maintainance and all your cleaners, especially the bathrooms

Clean, Hygienic and the staff is professional, kind and very helpful. Customer service is great and the queues move very quickly.

Good place to shop before the looting happened offcourse, but also watch out for the taxi drivers that basically stalk you because they refuse to allow Bolt and Uber drivers to operate inside the mall.

I experienced slow customer service due to the Covid-19 regulations. The mall has all essential stores and is always packed due to its location.

The Mall is slowly getting better and recovering well from the looting.

The customer service standards in the supermarkets is not good. I was in shoprite for almost 2 hours and in those 2 hours, no trolley was made available while on the other hand both shoprite and pick n pay do not allow us to use the pick n pay trolleys in shoprite. To top it all the shoprite cashiers do not swipe the Xtra savings card thus depriving you the customer of the discount on the specials.

The place is good. Excellent services but just too crowded and well something a good mall would be.

Riots destroyed what was of our help. Went there and theres not even a single ATM working.

The pnp and shoprite need to look into their trolley supply. They need to have ppl to make sure that they get trolleys for customers. Both the stores are clean. Their customer service is ok, if you dont mind waiting in queues. The pnp queue is a lot faster than Shoprites. Both the shops dont have queues to pregnant and old ppl

Bolt and uber driver are not allowed for pickups .making shopping inconveniences

There is no security at all , taxi association attacked me for collecting a client on bolt . Place is not safe at all .

Its a more like a shopping centre with good visible security, the mall is enclosed with a steel fence and has two entrances.

It is a nice Mall, but it is always full and busy. Dont go there unless you have patience or is the only mall you can go to.

Some of the stores have poor service..But its a good place to get important things like bathroom appliances and so on...

The mall is a vibe all on its own!!!A perfect place to run your errands and to grab a bite from a variety of food outlets,oh the plus side is the free WiFi in this turbulent economic times.The downer is the taxi drivers making requesting the various ehailling services a nightmare!!!.

Easier to access from home a lot of shops are selling affordable goods.

You might not find what you looking for interms of things like electric toothbrush, fan heater etc...

The mall is big, that means no conjestions and easy access to the shops, banks, restrooms and taxi rank.

Only the taxi association is boring imagine if u are not driving ur car u cant request ubber inside the more 😏😏

They dont allow uber drivers inside the mall.you to carry heavy parcels and walk across the street to Normans hardware to catch uber.the management must do something about this.

After a looting ,the mall is 87% operating again.temporally banking system is installed to help community, and few shops not yet opened.
