This Mall is dirty and you must pay R2 to go to the toilet... Ok, sharp... You get to the toilet, the toilet is dirty. What was the R2 for?
Its small nd easy to find has mot of the local stores
Shopping centre still have some of the closed shops due to looting you get limited choices
Beautiful Mall most shops are now opening. FNB Branch just opened on the day and its absolutely beautiful as well as their amazing and friendly staff
Every shop is clean and neat and managed 2 make means to upgrade after people had looted
Very interesting Mall for one to do ones shopping leisurely without any disturbances
Its very dark inside and no variety of shops and walk in banks. Best for buying meat
Its better place to be when you are around protea and chiawelo. The looting jst jungle,z
This mall is conveniently located in Protea South, Soweto. It has retail stores that are available to the public and are a necessity. I disliked it because it is constantly full! With this pandemic, I cant deal with overcrowded spaces.
Great Mall to shop cause is conveniently situated in a quiet location near my home always shop there so sad they had to loot the only Mall I always go to.Ive always had a great service from the Roots butchers and Pick n Pay.. Mc Donalds and KFC.. I recommend the Mall to everyone in my family and friends
Peaceful atmosphere. Full of love and respect.
Still not operational but saw a truck delivering brand new Shoprite trolleys.
Small shopping complex with limited stores, store count even less after the national riots. Complex seems to be getting back on its feet. Most shops open but theres severe limitation on clothes and food variety.
Its always full, theres nyaope boy all over...i once had my car ariel stolen 😒
Nice malls but no tight security same people and shops have been robbed
It used to be full always here but now kushaya umoya
It was good, but most stores and all restaurants are still closed ever since looting happened
Its just a place to run quick errands
Its crowded but you can still shop for essentials. Its dark inside, Im not sure why they havent fixed the lighting between shoprite and clicks. The parking is abundant and relatively safe, but its advisable not to shop there during heavy rains, the drainage system is not up to par and has flooded the parking area before.
Bad experience because on-point refused to honour my lay-by because of looting.
Im not scared to Even go to that mall coz apparently people still cars there .
It was okay dispite long queues in shoprite
Pick and pay staff very courteous and professional
A very calm place to do all you need to and I enjoy the vibe
Not all shops are open such a dissapointment
It used to be my favourite place until people vandalized it
OBC Butchery; ShopRite and Boxer are operating
My favorite place, cool and good pricing and mostly it is safe.
This place always full to capacity
Some shops were under construction 🚧 due to looting that happened in June only few shops are operating
The mall has the basics is generally safe. The elderly need to pay extra caution when offered help by strangers since it may opportunists/pick pocketers or scammers
Even though the ques were long, the service was fast
No Absa Bank disappointed.
People and tenants are failing to obey Covid-19 protocols there .
It was better than other days no sphethe ophethe
Very fast because its near
Made a quick stop at Nedbank and decided to just sort out my business account issues Ive been delaying, at a very busy shopping mall Protea Gardens. Waited for over 70 mins before I could be served, contradicting the very Nedbanks 59 minute service level times framework.Getting to the consultant was yet another experience of being entertained to music from the respective consultants phone when his focus was being destructed and conversations were going on the side. Thanks teller 8 with no name tag. Before I left, everybody gathered together and continued the conversations consciously.
A nice place. I like it cause they always think about kids. Every year theyll bring staff for them to play
It a Ncy place it have enough space for parking
All essential products you need in one place, safe and simple to maneuver.
Its ok, downside is the paid toilet
Quick in & out...Clicks didnt have Sorbet serum.
The place is good everyone knows that social distance must be obtained n people are wearing must..
Ransacked and burnt down by looters very bad indeed
Love the the lay out at Roots butchery
Changing slowly, going down. Few shops, lots of beggers and not so clean.
Always crowded which is good for business but anyway its fine
It is a convenient mall especially for groceries because there is Pick n Pay and Shoprite and down the road there is Boxer Superstore.
Gets too full, not so clean. But has basic shops needed.
After the unfortunate looting, the mall is not a go to area.
Has added new stores that are convenient for customers needs...
Most shops are closed after the looting.
No star at all, dirty
Good experience except for the slow moving queue
Great hospitality at Pep stores thumb 👍 security and staff
We also need chicken licken please. Apart from that i am happy with other shops
Good Shopping Experience
Accessible but I no really good food qoute and no fun place for kids otheRwords its just too serious
You pay for the toilet I feel its a need to have public toilet why do we have to pay
All the necessary banks available plus theres a filling station nearby
The place is like a spaza shop tsa ko kasi, the corridors are dark and the floors dirty, even with covid at hand people are not wearing their mask, the place is detoriating it doesnt look like a shopping mall.
Convenient with most store types and ATMs
Theres enough parking space for cars
The best place for shopping around soweto.
It was good but other are not complying the rules of covid 19
Quality 🤦♂️ things are always good
It is always packed. There are limited ATMs so this means we stand even longer just to get money. Yes, Ive thought about going to Shoprite to do cash back but the ques are worse there
Pep store manager is rude and useless
Too dark inside. More light needed
Its great
The store is okay and good but its like rural area shopping store the dull shops in there.
Its okay given the state of destruction it was in. Understandably with what happened
Great experience.
Its filty thats all i can say
Theres few shops here, but whenever you get there youll find that youre looking for. Its just that the Mall itself is dirty. Some of the shops clothes are very dull on colours, unlike Sandton theres more variety.
Its easy to find ATMs at the mall
I didnt hate it i liked it
I was too emotional as I was busy with some funeral arrangements of my late uncle😢
Good shopping experience
I was helping cleaning this mall after being damaged by looters
To be honest rhis mall is absolutely filthy and not well taken care of. One only finds themselves there because of convenience other than that it is not really a pleasant place to go to.
90% of the food offerings are closed
I hate looting because it makes as suffering while we where at work that was stupidity
Very good experience
The mall was not clean and no sanitizer station next to the entrance
I can get most of the banks I need. Management need to sort out the criminals that always seek to rob people of their money and stuff in that mall. Management also seek to upgrade the toilets. When you ask for one, youre required to pay about R2 which is extremely strange for a decent mall.
Needs more shops and security ,the taxi inside the mall makes it difficult for commuters to use any forms of transport
Good mall but too small
Some shop were still closed
Some of the shops are still not working
Good place to make shopping
Place very dirty and parking lot full with nyaope addicts
Long ques and most of ppl were not wearing the masks
Shops are easily accessible and parking lot is safe to use
The service is good...
Its a place where you can meet most of Tsongas ppl.
Best if you know what you came for otherwise you’ll have to check elsewhere.
