I gave my brand new laptop to them for a simple cosmetic fix and it ended up more damaged than it was before I gave it to them. Please get proper QUALIFIED staff. Being a PC Technician myself, it angers me to see the quality of work and standards that their technicians have. I wont be setting my feet in any Matrix Warehouse outlet ever again.
