Ever since RTX was released, Ive been dreaming of getting one. Rocking up by Brutech, I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the folks there. After chatting with Ewald, we arranged for me to get my RTX 3060 Ti once the available finances have come through.Long story short, once I paid, I just had to wait a few days longer (I work in retail myself, so I know of the struggle to get these things). There was absolutely no problem for them to bring my card to where I work. Now Im loving it, and I would heartily recommend buying from the okes at Brutech.See you soon for my new Ryzen system!

Man Oh Man..... I jumped on facebook went to Brutechs facebook page and sent them a message on messanger. Inside 20 seconds they replied and ask how they could be of assistance.... I was in conversation with EWALD... what followed was a whole lot of questions from my side and a whole lot of patient and well informed answers from Ewald. My request was that I want to buy a proper Gaming Tower but without breaking the bank to do it..... before 17:00 EWALD has helped me with 6 different amended quotes (told you I had A Lot of questions) untill I find the right combination of build (quote) that I was happy with and could afford. I made the payment and early the next morning I got confirmation that my PC is being built. Right after PC was built I received photos via Whatsapp with updated info (installed programs etc).... The next morning my PC was shipped with overnight courier. It was sent in Secunda on Saturday afternoon and I received it Tuesday Morning in Upington Northern Cape.... Brilliant... Brilliant... Brilliant... this is GOOD service... thank You... Well Done

I am also located in the Western Cape as opposed to Brutech being in Secunda, Mpumalang – meaning shipping is a must.Customer Service:Excellent. I need to comment Ewald for his ongoing and supportive role as such. In my opinion, no matter the company, widely commercialized and/or non-commercialized companies fail largely due to the lack of customer and after-sales support – even for a simple question. In my instance, I had communicated through facebook messenger as this was the most convenient communication medium for me. Ewald has kept comms with me, moreso, presenting me video snippets and pictures of the build from start to finish and further communicated until the courier service arrived at my doorstep this morning to deliver this package. Well done on your personalized support in this regard. Ive placed a purchase for an ASUS RTX 3080 in February 2021. This was during the great GPU shortage and all 30 series cards were on back order. In May 2021 I managed to get an RTX 3060 and didnt need the other card anymore. Ive contacted Brutech and requested to cancel my order and for a refund on 02 June 2021. I was contacted via email on 03 June 2021 and informed that they will assist me as soon as possible. On 05 June 2021 I got my refund in full. If this was not a legitimate site, the owners couldve easily made excuses not to pay. I was assisted, no questions asked. Im looking forward to do business with them again in the near future :)
We ordered 32 X Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti Eagle GPU Cards from Brutech - Ewald and Manfred was involved in the order and they promised to deliver the cards two weeks after our order on 21 January 2021 for a total value of R339168.00c Three Hundred and Thirty Nine Thousand, one hundred and sixty eight Rand. It is now 4 months later and they still have not delivered the GPU cards. We asked for a refund but Brutech refuses to refund us. We have not other choice but to warn the public against the Majewski Family business Brutech.

Bru let me tell you this!!! One of the best, online shopping experiences I have ever had. The customer service is impeccable. Although, customer-service is hardly the correct way to explain it. I never expected the service could be this good, WOW just wow. I would highly recommend them to any prospective shopper. The handwritten note and small gift that came with my delivery put the cherry on top! This was unexpected, special, and very much appreciated. I wish them all the best and may their young business grow and prosper into perpetuity. I will not shop anywhere else. The owner communicated the status of my order on WhatsApp and on Facebook Messanger with regular updates, and he even replied way outside of business hours. Nice guy and extremely helpful. My Emails were never unanswered......Like with some of the well-known online Pc Shops. Ewald found me a Unicorn, put it in a box, keeping it safe for me, and arrange to deliver on a specific date.
