One star is too high of a rating. Their service is absolutely pathetic. Staff is rude and unwilling to help. I stood on line for 1 and a half hours. Will not recommend the Secunda Mall branch at all.
If I couldve scored lower I would have... Pathetic service, people who are working there just dont want to help. I am seriously considering closing every account we have and moving. Weve been loyal clients since the 90s
Always great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately they refuse to update their operating hours like other banks in the mall that are open until 6pm and sundays
When ever I need to go to costomer service I need to stand and wait a minimum of 40min. Even just for a conformation letter. Its unexeptable.
Great service cashier s are always quick and fast and you dont wait forever in the line.
