The lady who answers the phone is really rude. just slams the phone down. really unprofessional. Normally the rest of the staff is friendlier....

Although the staff are friendly, they dont come across as very knowledgeable. I have personally had to change the details they inputted twice since they did not do it correctly the first time. Feedback is extremely slow and numerous inquiries later, they still have not resolved the problems.
