Today 30 August 2021 around 12:00 i went into Jet at the Secunda mall to buy some things and to pay my account. The lady behind the counter did had a mask on but it was not in place she was coughing bad an done lots of face touching and lick her fingers before opening a bags. I did not seen any sanitising practises during my time in that shop. When it was my turn i asked her to put the mask on correct and ask that she sanitise, the sanitiser was at a other station witch was not used.

Dressing rooms are used as dumping ground. Stock isnt kept neat and staff seem unmotivated

Always only one to two cashiers on duty. The staff is unfriendly and have a dont-care attitude. Do they even have a store manager? Only visits them out of necessity.

Worst service!!!
