Terrible service!! No seport!! Very dissapointed in support. (No support whith many customers queing ).

Terrible customer service at the fridge section. If I could rate them zero star I would. I bought a Hiscence fridge here and it did not work from the get go. Its been two weeks lodging a complaint but no progress whatsoever. They keep on telling my Ill receive a call from their technicians which I have never received even once. I ended up having to throw away my groceries that got spoilt that I bought with my hard earned money because of their lack of urgency to the situation. It is now two weeks and I cant even buy food because I have nowhere to store it. ABSOLUTELY REGRET PURCHASING FROM THEM!! DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS GAME. INCOMPITENT STAFF!!

The sales assistant and cashier were both super friendly. I particularly appreciated the sales assistant explaining product safety care in detail for us. He explained it like he was doing it for the 1st time (excitement, clarity)...

Very disappointed. Prices you see is way above than the price you pay. I feel robbed

I visited game on Saturday (29/08/20) and was so impressed with the service I received I bought a vacuum cleaner From the sales up to the pay point the service was professional but friendly. Thank you game it was a pleasure doing business with you. Malie van Vuuren, Secunda

We went to try buy a Trampoline. No one assisted us on the floor. So i had to go find someone. When i did he was not very helpful. Then when we went to the counter to pay the lady said they have no big bags. i said no problem you can put my groceries in small bags. The lady tried to shove all our meat and coldrink as well as chips into one small bag. I asked her to please separate it because it is squashing my meat she said the bags are FREE so she needs to save bags. I then lost my cool and said i dont even care if i have to buy the bags i dont want my food to be squashed into 1 bag. It was eventually 5 bags to put my stuff in. Now just imagine trying to cram it into 1 bag. Service in Game Secunda is very poor.

Poor service. Items on the floor is sold out long ago according to personnel. Lady at sport equipment not helpfull at all. No interest from her to assist.

Drove ALL the way from Piet Retief to Secunda Game for the SPECIAL on the RUSSELL HOBBS microwave till the 4th of AUGUST.And guest whats the answer they gave me why theres NO 20L microwaves on special anymore???Sorry mam, if theres nothing on the display shelf it means its sold out or that theres no stock left!!WOW, REALLY???? Today is the FIRST OF AUGUST and the time I was in Game was 11h00....so what happend?? Did they only ordered a FEW specials?? Really??

I suspect Game may have a scheme going where they take customers money for online orders then dont deliver the ordered items. Game claims deivery takes two weeks. Customers then get fed up after a while and request reimbursement. Game then takes more than two weeks to refund customers. This means that they bank customers money and make interest on this scammed money. For banking the money for more than a month All the accumulated transactions help the companies cash flow. I am still waiting for my R10 200 to be reimbursed

You get mostly everything you need in one place and get professional staff to help you, my RCS card was replaced instantly when I had a problem and wanted to shop.

If i could they would not even get a star. Absolutely pathetic, they put something on special and then the next day they are out of stock. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for the product and all they can reply is covid, they are useless.

Inside a huge mall at Secunda at lower level. Great service, parking space available at lower level by the entrance to the shop or Upper level where you can use lifts or escalators. Parking available for disabled people.

Terrible service. The staff are rude and inconsiderate as if you are annoying them when asking something. The false advertising and misrepresentation in store is misleading and causes major confusion. The staff dont know the store projects and constant pass you on to someone else who generally knows even less. And when management is requested, they are either not in store, busy or just dont care. The floor supervisors seem to know even less than the staff and are scared to make a decision without management, which again is not present. Normally once it would be a bad day but this kind of treatment has been endured more than once by myself and enough is enough. Unless there is ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE Else I can get what I need, I will not be visiting the Secunda Game store again. It is a very bad reflection on the franchise.

Bad customer service. Game Secunda sales team suggest I buy somewhere else since they dont want to sell more than one item at a competitor price. Game regional manager agreed with this logic. According to Game policy they will match any price cheaper than Game itself (any VAT registered retailer ), nowhere in the policy does it put a limit on the quantity of the items purchased.

Prices are expensive, shows marked off prices where its the normal price most of the time. A sale stunt for people to buy what they think is a bargain

The layout is not easy to follow, its a bit frustrating trying to find things in the Isles. The staff is helpful though.

Most of the time the grocery section is out of stock, think twice about buying thier frozen food items most of them have spoilt. Service could be better.
