They are by far the worst medical supplies company Ive ever worked with. I ordered a product from them, the sales consultant did not provide me with the specifications of the item as they are supposed to, the item arrived and it was incorrect. I informed them about it, they were all to happy to take the product back but refused to refund my money just because the item was below R100.00 the south african law does not state in any way that this allowed but still this company was more than happy to refuse my refund. 2 years later and Im still waiting for my refund. They are unethical and not worth your efforts. There are many many many more medic supply companies to use. Dont be fooled by their cheap prices. The worst service I have ever had. No one gets back to you, even when they say theyll call you later. They obviously dont need the business and I will definitely be telling all my colleagues to steer clear! If there was a zero star, I would give that.

I got a patella hammer through wits med school which supply late and inferior quality the handle came out before even using it as the threads in non existent on the handle and on the head bad quality
