Dr Claire is great with procedures, and with people. The Staff are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. Salon extremely clean. It is great when you start seeing results.

Im not happy about the level of service and professionalism that I experienced with the practice where I scheduled an appointment and it was confirmed with the doctor on a specific day. I was called 4 days before the appointment and informed in a dictatory fashion that they need to reschedule due to the holiday period, the latter was further atrociously jusitified by saying suppliers are closed and I might not be able to start with my treatment now. I couldnt get my concern/need/point accross to the consultant over the phone without being insistently told that the practice will reopen on the 12th of January 2021 and I can be accommodated on that day. Disappointing customer service from such an excellent and renowned aesthetic medical practice.

I am on the medical diet I started it on a Wednesday and weighed myself on the Friday I lost 2kg. I feel so light and have so much energy the products helps with no sugar cravings and carb cravings.
