Lamb Masala was simply delicious. Definitely going back. Best part was the owner educating us about the City of Amritsar in Punjab. Theres a magnificent photo mural of this city on a wall which makes a visit even more satisfying.

Incredible flavours and service that went above and beyond.Each of the six different dishes we ordered were excellent - it would be difficult to pick a favourite.I’m converted. It’s Taste Punjabi from now on.

Ordered for takeaways and absolutely loved it. The food was divine, especially the Punjabi Chicken Curry. Very fast service and good customer service. The food was presented well, even in its takeaway form. Highly recommend :)

Very friendly staff with fast service. The food is absolutely delicious and at a reasonable price. A lot of vegetarian options with no compromise on the flavors. The restaurant itself is very simplistic with minimal decor but this does not in any way put a damper on the overall experience. Great place, definitely recommend this to people who love Indian cuisine

Best curry in town. Chicken Tikka Masala and the butter garlic naan was delicious. They roast and mix their own spices and also make their own paneer cheese which makes a huge difference to taste and flavour. They also sell Kulfi on a stick. Well be back to try loads more delicious dishes.

Very little regard for Covid protocols. Phoned to place an order for collection, the person sneezed mid call. Thought little of it at the time, only to arrive at the reception where the one individual had no mask in sight.

My husband and I are not big fans of Indian takeaways as its normally very oily, but we got introduced to this gem by a friend two weeks ago and it has got to be the best Indian food weve ever tasted. Been back twice in a week and the food has been amazing.

OK here we goI had my reservations about Taste Punjabi because of a bad takeaway experience.Im really glad I have them a second chance.The food is great and comes out the kitchen very quickly (perks of a small menu) . If youre a vegetarian or vegan I recommend the chic pea curry.The service has been greatly improved. The manager is on site which means everything runs like clockwork. Decore needs a homely touch buy thats nothing to really complain about
