A nightmare of missing documents and receipts, months of inaction and broken promises. Agents operating without supervision or oversight. Very quick to take payment upfront, and then hide behind Covid and personnel challenges as excuses for non-delivery.

They were more than happy to help on queries, exceptions, follow ups etc.I was seeking work permit from SA and their documentation was splendid (even VFS said its fool proof).Highly recommended set of professionals.

They were slow to respond during the initial visa process, but when I decided to cancel my business with them, they became completely unresponsive. Per the agreement, I should be getting a 50% refund, but I’ve reached out 3 times and I’ve been given no response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I’d recommend trying another company.
