No feedback unless nagged. Excuse that DHA lost certificate & refuse to look for it. Last year they promised a full refund. Since then apparently 40% or zero refund. This for a service that would take MAXIMUM 10 days. Were in month 3 now. For R75, I could have applied directly at DHA & received the certificate weeks ago already!!

I woudnt use this company even if is last company in SA. They are very unprofessional. no communication or updates, stuff that was promised to be done in 4 weeks wasnt even done in 5 months. Tanya is extreamly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. We had to call her non stop for updates and we would be lucky if we werent belittled when getting a reply. After 5 months of agony she agreed to give us 50% back since she still couldnt get it done. We had to cancel 5 appointments with the embassy since each time she did not deliever on her promises.

Do not use this service or any services related to this company. We paid R2040 for the clearance and prints and the clearance they gave us was not authentic as it was not finalized and or accepted by both Korean and US embassies. When we requested they finalize it, Immigration Assist told us to do another one or go to DIRCO and have it authenticated ourselves. It’s really unfortunate that we were victims to this scam and poor after service assistance. I hope this helps others in future.

Would I recommend this companys service? No. Never. Not even to my worst enemy. Tanya was not happy that I called her out on what I felt was unprofessionalism and an inaccurate indication of one of the services she offers (with regard to a turnaround time advertised on her website versus the actual turnaround time one of my documents actually took). Her unhappiness resulted in her calling me while at I was at work, to scream at me, attempt to belittle me with abusive bullying tactics and essentially harass me by calling me three times with absolutely nothing of value to say. She was paid in full and I arranged for collection of my documents by a courier service. I received the documents today, in a clear plastic sleeve (so the couriers had complete access to all of the personal information in the documents) and they all had a large cut through them.This can only be described by me as disgusting, spiteful and childish behaviour and I dont think anyone, especially a paying customer paying the relatively high fees she charges for her services, should experience this type of treatment. There are many other companies that offer a similar service and the chance of being verbally abused will be lower (I have used competitor services and have received absolute professionalism).
