The best spicy burger I had with a blast of cheese, please try the cheese bombs! And the beef ribs are amazing recommended is flavour X.And the staff are so friendly and helpful specially SAM!

I had a very bad time. Firstly they didnt have nachos, then they did not want to change one of the dips on the menu which other branches have gladly done. They then forgot to bring our chips and it was too late so we had to cancel it

Customer service is very poor, waitress talking to each other while serving you,. No special attention paid to the customer.

Good experience.Although they mixed our order a couple of times, they were kind enough to apologize, the manager himself came to explain the confusion, but we were cool. No harm no foul. Staff were friendly.Hamburger and french fries were delicious. The lamp chops was good.Highly recommend.

Must compliment the staff for the exceptional service specially the waitron Buhle and Manager Jabu. They went beyond to serve us. Food was great value for money. The customers will remember the service first. The owner must be proud of their staff who keeps the customers happy and give good service. Cheers.

05.01.2018 A group of us decided to try the new kid on the block. This time we sat down as previously I had ordered a delivery. Nice open space, service was quick. We each ordered burgers and fries and I had the Cosmo Crush. Please note this place is Halaal so no alcohol. Food all went down really well. As for my precious order. I did the delivery option and I wasnt told about a delivery fee it was just mentioned that you need to spend R50 or more. So I had added a tip for the driver not knowing there was an added fee as well as its done through deliveryexpress. I did call them just to give them my concern about that as I have a large tip at the end of the day so it should have been mentioned. The burger itself was nice but the maple syrup was a bit much as it was one of the limited editions. Burgers shouldnt be sweet. Good service and very exciting menu eith reasonable prices. Portion sizes for the sides are huge and can easily be shared amongst 3 or 4 people so great value for moneyIt was a bit hard to find because were not fron JHB but the Sandton city security staff are always there to rescue ysm

This halal rocomamas branch never disappoints. During the week it’s quieter than weekends. Toilets exceptionally clean and food turn around time exceptionally fast . Promo 1 mojo magic is def worth a try - would also recommend taking a variety of 6 bombs and the g bomb burger (promo 2) . Old school bbq wings tastes better at this branch than at the Durban branch. 16 for R151 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 old skwl burger ; classic cheese and mushroom swizz remain a firm favourite in the burger dept. Don’t order coffee though - it’s not a coffee house and it shows ; the americano brew is weak - rather grab a coffee from the style loft next door.

Great service at Sandton 👌 in early April when i last visited this year. However, the 1 star is simply to get the attention of the owner whom i believe owns the sandton and rosebank roccomamas. Im not sure if you are aware there are muslims who crave roccomamas at kyalami and fourways too and cannot place their orders with a haaal roccomamas as it is too far for mr delivery or uberfoods to deliver...can you not cater for us by expanding your delivery services? The only halaal restaurant in kyalami is mochachoes..hence there is a need !!

Nice to find a RocoMamas that was halaal. There is none in Cape Town where the franchise is well established. Good was nice and over 3 nights Ive tried different burger options. Be careful to ask for extra sauce if the sauce seems little when the food arrices.. I got a bit too much sauce added. Overall nice experience and its situated in the Sandton City mall close to the Nelson Mandela square (less than 2 min away from square)

Went out for a team lunch and it was fantastic. The food was great. Really tasty and well prepared. The service was great as well, our waiter was extremely friendly and showed great professionalism. She checked up on us to make sure everything was fine, assisted and explained to us about the new promos, for some of our team members it was their first time eating at RocoMamas and this lady honestly showed what great service is all about. Overall service and food was amazing!

Great and fast service. They were about to close but were willing to help us. Food is delicious at this branch also and it is nice and spacious and have comfy seats also. Would recommend coming here to relax and have a nice meal with friends and also if you had a long flight from Wcape and are very hungry.

First time back in SA, was treated by a friendly staff. We loved the food, and the crew even treated us to a waffle as a welcome back to SA gift. It really doesnt take much to make a dining experience memorable and these guys last night did just that.

Great service. The food was made very quickly. The burger was good and tasty but it wasnt amazing. The chili-cheese bombs were the absolute bomb though!!! Do yourself a favourite and try them.

They are so very accommodating we were 18.They have made a plan for all of us. All the staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly.Most definitely will go there, the food was on point, never had to wait long for starters deciding what to have took longer then getting the starters. We had 1 milkshake requested to be sweetened it came back done to how they wanted it plus it got topped up. Never had to wait long for the mains. My first time trying RocoMamas. I never expected it to be this good. One of the best tasting burgers Ive had in a while and the Belgian Chocolate G Shake is amazing. Wish there was a halaal branch in Cape Town.

Service slow, but the food is worth the wait. Hsd the flavour X ribs and chips, which comes with a cute coleslaw side. Ribs were melt in the mouth soft. Followed by the banana nutella and ice-cream waffle. The ice-cream on the waffle was delicious, good quality, which is such a relief, because many places put vegetable fat frozen rubbish on to their waffles.

Followed waiter to the kitchen to tell her to sing for my mums birthday, while waiting and watching her pack my food away- I saw her eat from my food. I spoke to manager and overlooked it but when the bill came I could not even think what tip I should give because waiter stands right next to you waiting, giving you no space whatsoever.Rather go to Melrose- where service and food is great!

Sigh, the burgers were OK, Ive had better at mall of africa, I order the jalapeño bombs and never received. The waiter only came past my table after meal was done, so was unable to request the bombs. Manager was too busy enjoying mingling with friends, he was the guy with the Ferrari/puma shoes.

After a good experience at the Melrose, we were disappointed with the service today. Waiter brought the wrong drink then forgot my milkshake till I asked.. Waitresses talking amongst themselves even though the restaurant was quiet. Will give them another try if Melrose is full

Meals ordered were good and decent portions. Burgers are tasty and chilli cheese fries are excellent. Milkshakes and mixed drinks have greatly improved the last 3 times we been here.
