Held In stunning Sandton area Sunninghill Gardens a well protected and living escape, the beautiful Sabi Sands is amazingly nurtured.Driving home knowing you will be soon transported to a perfect contrast after a grueling day at the office is absolute pleasure and peace of mind.

Terrible place to live in!! NOISY - you can hear everything going on on top of you if you stay on the ground floor from a light being switched on to a chair moving to someone using the loo, the pipes make a noise every time a tap is opened, the garden services just throw ladders, wheel barrows, building material as per the attached picture next to your bathroom window making such a noise that they would wake up my child constantly. Unprofessional people on all levels, if you you not buddy buddy with the correct people you get treated like an outcast. Useless care taker, doesnt assist you in any shape or form.

Neat, friendly security guards

Great place to stay, safe and beautiful pet friendly complex, but the noise is the main reason we moved. We lived on the ground floor and you can hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes, every furniture piece they move, the pipes in the walls when the neighbors shower. Dont know if it was like that with every unit but with ours it was definitely the main issue.

Well maintained gardens and buildings, but If you are looking for peace and quiet when you are home, dont bother moving into a garden unit here. You can hear your upstairs neighbour using the toilet so you can only imagine the amount of noise and other unsavory sounds you get bombarded with. Even the water running through the pipes as they shower is super loud.

Nice complexs with beautiful apartments. Nice pool area but does lack visitor parking and function area.

Spacious apartments close to the shops and main roads. Love the ambiance.
