Nice place to stay if you want to be in the North and close to most. The dinnertime air always saturated with the fragrance of many delicious curries!

Very nice complex for family. No pets policy. Sound of N1 highway will irritate a little till you get habituated.

Good Place to stay

Riverview is a good community if you want to live away from home and feel like India. A lot of Indians live in this complex and its a good place to stay and enjoy the festivals. The houses are ok size with one bathroom and 2 bathroom apartments. It goes only till second floor and there are no lifts. Parking is big and there is a very small swimming pool and kids play area. I have lived at this complex for 3 years and totally enjoyed the same. Thanks

This is a cozy enclosed complex with good security and plenty of peace and quiet. Easily accessible from rivonia village which puts Woolies, checkers, clicks within three minutes drive. I would live here.

I am staying here for more than 3 years now. It is a very clean and well maintained complex. There is a security check post 1 KM before you enter into the main gate of this complex. So people can easily can do morning and afternoon walk outside of this complex. Whole area is safe and secured. Moreover if you are staying a long way from India you wont feel lonely here. A lot of Indian family resides inside of this complex which will make you feel that you are close to home. Nearby access to the Rivonia village is taking less than 5 min drive where you can find chekers, wollys, clicks, fnb etc and Indian grocery shops like Little India and Sarvana spices are very close. And if you have a little kid there is a play school named Little Lion which is very near by to the complex. So as a whole you will like this place. Only problem is it is connected to the N1 so the units which is close and facing to the N1 will have bit noisy sometimes due to traffic.

Very comfortable residence but just beside a flyover so too much sound.
