Excellent service. I brought a DOA laptop battery, which I purchased from one of their re-sellers. They gave me a replacement and provided advice to prevent the new battery from reaching 0%, where it can get rendered useless.Also advised to change the low and critical battery threshold in windows power management settings with the aim of prolonging the battery lifespan. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had to replace an original laptop battery for an 8 year old Lenovo IdeaPad laptop and Laptop Solutions had it in stock! Nobody else had stock. The staff were friendly and helpful. They tested my old laptop battery for defects. They even tested the replacement battery in front of me to check if its working. Affordable batteries. Glad they come with a warranty too. Would recommend for any laptop battery replacement that needs to be done.

Lack of communication with clients, vague messages, confusion, have yet to receive my product or in fact any info regarding its delivery, actually phoned the receptionist to see if she can check on an order and she she tells me to email michael, but micheal never gets back to me

Never buy from these arrogant guys. After buying a battery from these guys it went dead after 6 months and they refused to replace it. I have worked for an HP service centre and understand the rules of replacement under warranty fully, never in my life seen such an arrogant reception. Instead I was told to buy a new battery. Laptop Solutions have quick response times when ordering hardware from them and they do offer a delivery service. I believe they also do laptop repairs, although PLEASE be aware that between 12:00 and 02:00 PM on a Friday they do take company lunch, it seems, as the entire business closes for an hour during this period.

I ordered a MacBook Pro battery, and worked off a code I had received from quotes from other companies. Long story short, I got the model wrong, and realised my mistake after Laptop Solutions had delivered (VERY quickly by the way – it arrived at my Durban address before 10am the day after Id ordered AFTER their 2:30pm cut-off for guaranteed next-day delivery. Kudos to their freight partner Collivery).When I called through to speak to Jeanette, she was on lunch, and Michael listened very carefully to my dilemma. He said it was no problem to do a refund, if I didnt want to take the other option, which cost nearly double what Id paid. I wasnt keen on spending so much on the battery, as the laptop is old and Id already done other repairs on it.I couldnt see other products I needed for my machine, so asked for a refund, and saw the money had been transferred when I drew a statement early the next day. Really impressed with the team!Five stars to any company with staff who make you feel like they are on your side. Both Michael and Jeanette showed this empathy, and I highly recommend Laptop Solutions for both price and service.
