These guys service blew my mind. Took them six minutes to reply to my inquiry regarding levels of stock for an item. I then placed the order at 09h42 and it had already been delivered just before 13h00 on the same day. And that delivery only cost R60. And Im not around the corner from them either. Im sorry but that is really incredible service. And the whole time they were polite and friendly etc. Im so impressed! Thank you to the team at cshop.co.za! And I apologise for having used so many exclamation marks in this review but I am so amazed that I really kinda had to.

I placed my order and received my parcel in good time. It was very nice to find a contact number on the website for queries which was answered promptly. The only reason why I have taken one star away is because I was not sure what is happening with my order two days after I have placed the order and had to make a call just to make sure my order was in progress. But overall I am a very happy customer. Price and service was excellent.

I think the only word that can describe the service this company offers is WOW. It is seldom that I am at a loss for words but when a company goes over and beyond several times for a client then I kind of have nothing to say. Not only was I treaded with patience and friendliness all the time (even the times that I messages late at night over weekends because it was the only time I had) I was treaded like a million dollar client even though my order was tiny and just a cable for person home use. I placed my order and 2 days later just after 8am I get a call to say that my cable arrived. The only problem. I no have is that CShop has set a benchmark of what service could be and now all my other shopping experiences are going to be a let down. Thank you for the awesome and quick service. You guys will be on top of my refer to friends and family list.

I placed an order for a Lenovo Active pen 2 and was phoned and advised by Gift that they unfortunately do not have stock of the item anymore, but that they would source it for me. It took a while, but I was updated on progress all the way. Just received my purchase and it is perfect. Thank you for excellent customer service, it was worth the wait.

Great online store, quick email responses and quick delivery. They had products I could find at no other reliable store. Ordered the Thursday and received on the next Monday. The microphone is beautiful and feels and sounds so professional.

I called in at 3pm to ask staff what time they close. They said 4:30pm but today they are closing at 4pm. I arrive there at 3:20pm, staff are outside eating McDonalds. I say I am here to purchase the USB Fifine microphone. They said they are closed. I said I called to confirm why you telling me lies. I asked for the manager, the manager was also outside not willing to assist. I said dont worry I wont beg you for assistance for the microphone I came to buy. I will be sure to leave a review on Google. And here it is. Best use Takealot and pay R100 more.

I had originally left a review on their FB page after not receiving a response from their support team. The owner contacted me through his personal FB profile stating the review was unfair. When I posted a screenshot of the email requesting support, they blocked me from seeing their page on FB. Its a shame, rather than take the opportunity to fix a problem, theyd rather choose to block anyone who complains.
